Stearns Puddle Jumper Deluxe 3D Child Life Jacket

I loved this product! I bought this for my 3 year old son because we were going on vacation and would be spending a lot of time in a pool. I was planning on buying cheap arm floaties again but decided on this after reading the reviews. I love that it is considered a life jacket so he can wear it when we go boating. His old life jacket was so uncomfortable and he couldn't move very well. This life jacket kept him above water and he was able to move around comfortably with no problems. With the arm floaties he still had to be held because his face would go under water but with this life jacket he never went under. We love the look of it. The frog face on the front is adorable. He wasn't uncomfortable wearing it unlike other life jackets we've had. It didn't restrict his movement so he was able to move around the pool and up and down the ladder with no problems.

Super cute and my 3 yr old grandson loved it, but... The sleeves are SUPER tight. And my grandson is not a chubby kid by any means either. If the child's skin is dry it's quite a struggle to wiggle the sleeves up. And if the their skin is wet, it just awful to remove and forget trying to put them on if the puddle jumper has already been in the water. He loved it so much, but it does leave his little arms red when you remove the jacket. Definite design flaw. I didn't bother trying to return it because I gave it to him once we were already at the water park. It seemed cruel to take it away at that point. Just make the sleeve opening a smidge roomier and this would be perfect.

Makes my 3 year old be independent in the water. Keeps her up with no issues. She did have to either get comfortable with it at first or grow in to it. The first two times before the summer time she had trouble staying upright without tipping over a bit and Catching water in her mouth. But a few months of growing, getting stronger and comfortable with the jumper, she can swim all the around the pool. Also teaching her to blow bubbles when her mouth is open and close to the water helped her too not to ingest unnessary water. Supper cute bright color that has faded from the water or sun too. It dries really quick too.

We love the deluxe puddle jumpers because the fabric is soft. It keeps kids afloat and upright while simultaneously giving them more freedom to move than a typical life jacket. The best part is that they are coast guard approved and we can use it on our boat!

I purchased this puddle jumper for my little boy that is a year and a half- that weighs about 27lbs. It's prefect for him. I would definitely recommend this product. My daughter has one as well- she's 3 years old.

Worked well and my grandson enjoyed it. This was recommended by a family I met earlier the summer of 2016. They allowed him to use their child's while he was in the pool so we had to get one. He used it when we spent some time in Miami. He stayed in the pool more than an hour. Really kept his body stable while he attempted to use the few swim lessons he has had (age 3).

I highly recommend ordering one of these for your child. They are comfortable in them and allow them to freely move around and learn to swim. I ordered two of these but one had the arm floats that detach and I wouldn't recommend buying those because they started ripping quickly and the material on this jacket was thicker and nicer than the other one I ordered.

everyone loves the puddle jumpers and they dont hurt your kids neck but it makes them super bouyant please only use these in a pool and not the ocean or lake.
