Worked as promised. Good fit, everything is flushed and snug. NFC works, after few fresh complete cycles, it lasted well. It will not last the whole day if I am busy, it does last the 9 to 5 in an average in-door day not so much on an out-door day. But that is not the fault of the battery. Consider the size, the time is can last is very good.

Shut down phone and replaced battery. Powered phone back up and plugged in to charge. Phone got very hot quite quickly. Powered down and let cool down. Plugged in to charge with phone powered down. Charged fine without heating up this time. Has worked well since and no over temperature.

I use my phone for moderate internet usage through multiple apps. I do not usually play games on it. But my normal usage brings me to 30% at the end of the day, which is exactly what I was hoping for. If I have light usage (like really light) I can end a day at 50-60% battery life.However, I noticed a problem, and this seems to happen with other replacement batteries I bought from Amazon and returned. My screen will turn off, but the vibrations still work and the phone is actually still on. No matter how many times you hit the power button, the screen won't turn on until you restart the phone.This problem can be prevented, which is why I will keep the battery. Since the battery life is good and the NFC works, and none of the other batteries on this site seem to work, I'll keep it.You can prevent this screen problem if you never put the screen brightness on low. If I kept the brightness on low, I found that I got this issue every night. However, since keeping the brightness on auto all the time, I have yet to get this issue. I've had the battery about a month now.

My "old" Samsung galaxy S5 has been shutting off and doing a constant reboot. My battery many times indicated upwards of 50% juice left and all of a sudden die. I thought it was the phone.... Did a hard reset and nothing changed. Then I bought this battery and I'm on 40+ hours on one charge... Battery now at 28% and still not shutting down. Thanks for saving my old phone which I like a lot.

Works just as poorly as the original battery, which I've had for several years. I had to keep the phone on the charger to make it through the day with ordinary use. If you use your smartphone often, the battery will be dead by lunchtime. Returning and would definitely NOT recommend!

I was disappointed that the battery life isn't any longer than my 4+ year old original battery. It won't last through the night even with a full charge and with the phone on airplane mode. Total waste of money. I'm sending this one back and will go back to using my original battery for now.Update: Good customer service! The seller reached out to me to offer a replacement. I accepted and it arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, the replacement was only marginally better. It does hold a charge overnight but must be fully charged first, and even fully charged the battery won't last through the day without needing to be hooked up a couple times. These batteries may be new in the sense that they've never been used, but I don't believe they've been recently manufactured. These are for phones that have been around for years, so how long have they been sitting on a shelf somewhere?

I liked this so well that I bought a second one for my other phone. Seems to hold a charge very well.

After buying 3 supposed OEM batteries that had about 4 hour lives, I paid more for the Ombar ($12 instead of the $6 to $8 OEMs). I charged the Ombar to 100% at 5:00 p.m.

Good battery sofar, a direct drop in for the S5. Charges normally and has preform as the original when it was new for the last week.

I bought this in August. It stopped working in September.

After two months the battery is not holding a charge. It had good reviews and was a good price but I am very disappointed.

I was skeptical about buying an "off brand" battery but the reviews seemed good so I gave it a try. After the first day of using the battery, I regretted my decision.

Makes the phone like new again. Before this we were having a problem with the phone turning off at 25% battery life after only a few hours of use. Now it lasts 24 hours it more.

Battery has failed already, after one month. Followed all instructions. Product is definitely not worth purchasing.
