I was skeptical, but this battery seems to have solved my phone issue. Seriously, I thought it was time to get rid of my Samsung. I was charging the battery like 3 times a day. It was either that or use it in super energy saver mode...in which case, why do I even need this way cool phone, if I turn off all of the cool features? I've had this new battery 4 days now, and at the end of the day, I still have about 30% charge left. This is using the phone as I would like to.I only wish I had thought of this about 6 months ago....

I'm glad I looked at the other reviews! This battery by Power Bear fit the bill exactly! I'm very happy with this Note Edge replacement cell. Great product! Left the house this morning at 100% power....5 hours later I am at 94%. Awesome!

I have a note edge that would die while at 30 or 40 percent byt my battery life is great now thanks to this productUpdate: Its been almost a month since i bought this product and its still going strong, battery life is amazing

Just out of the box, there is a nice warning label that tells you how to charge your battery properly. Full charge to 100% then discharge completely to 0% for the first 2-3 charges. [Galaxy Note Edge]Now, I unboxed this battery towards the end of the night knowing I had to wake in about 10 hours or so... This was bad planning on my part of course...So I started out charging the phone to see where I would end up.... It took about 45 minutes to fully charge the battery to 100%... As soon as I plugged the fast charge cable in it started from 35% out of the box... I was still pretty surprised at the speed of the charge, given the nature of the original Samsung battery that I'd become accustom to.Now the next part I half anticipated... I knew the difference between an old worn battery that turns the phone off when it says 40% and lasts a third of the day would have significantly different frequency in when it would be needed to charge... This did not prepare me for the amount of surprise I would have...So after about 45 minutes to a full charge I contemplated on how to drain the battery properly... In my home turn off wifi and use the radios where possible... turn on bluetooth endless searching, brightness level all the way up, GPS on, and turn on navigation to anywhere... Youtube a few hours of playlists, with Samsung multi windowed mode on and Spotify at full volume [with my phone under a blanket to reduce the volume]...I went a few hours to get to 85 percent before I realized that I'm approaching my bedtime and the phone lasting probably another day... I get up, go to work, come back home and I'm at 77%... WTF?! Definitely not expecting that...I was receiving emails texts and messenger texts throughout the day... As it approached about 5 hours to meet the 24 hour mark, I thought If I don't make a big move to deplete the battery now I may have to wait another day... So, Multi Windowed mode, GPS Full Brightness, Video Playback [no audio this time, so annoying] turn off wifi, bluetooth on... I spent another 3 hours doing this maybe more...My phone used to shutdown at 40% with the spent Samsung battery... This thing waited for at least 10 minutes or longer on 1%... then plugging the charger in it booted in seconds back at 1%... I actually turned it back off to get a faster and fuller charge, once I got my 2 factor auth to sign in and give this review, then I turned it back off to charge... Anyway... Damn good... I recommend this battery... seems that it would last a long time on a power hungry phone...

Short answer- Amazing battery, hardly had my phone for a year before the battery it came with gave out and this battery made it feel like I had just gotten it.Long answer- It has been almost 2 months since I've been able to use my phone at 40%. It's been a couple weeks where my phone would power off & on constantly once it hit 60%, and recently I've had to keep it plugged in or it would do that annoying dance. I would go to bed at full charge, turn on Ultra Saving Power mode before going to bed and when I'd wake up it'd tell me that it was at 90% but the second I turned of the power saving mode it'd turn off & on and if I was lucky I'd see my homescreen for a few seconds and it'd tell me I was at 2% battery. I went to bed with this battery at 60%, without turning on any of the power saving modes and I woke up to a phone I could use.Why you should get this battery- I wanted to find a Samsung brand battery from the Samsung site, but I couldn't for the life of me find the Note Edge batteries so I went to amazon. One review describing my current issue scared me away from Samsung. I won an Amazon gift card so I figured if I did get burnt on this battery then I didn't really lose much. I am two days into this phone and I have loved every second of it. When you cannot trust a Samsung battery these guys are the people to turn to.Issues- It was charged at 56% when I got it, don't know what that was about just thought it would be good to know.

Great replacement to my existing Samsung. Made even better because I know it is from the PowerBear manufacturer and not a reseller. I bought this after purchasing multiple batteries that were branded as "Samsung" on Amazon that after testing, were found to be medium to low quality counterfeits. Amazon seems to have made a policy of not allowing reviews that claim counterfeit goods (even in light of good testing), so this is really your only good option for knowing you are replacing your phone battery with somewhere you have at least some semblance of knowing the supply chain is of quality. I will update this review over time if the battery degrades faster than one would expect, but so far I am very happy with this purchase; the resistance and capacitance are better than anticipated!
