I had to write this review in response to claims from someone else saying that due to the design his knuckles got skinned and tabs are too small...Well, tabs are more than adequate to hang it the way the shelf was designed. Maybe the anchors are not the best, but I was actually even surprised they were included as it is very hard to satisfy all kind of walls it may be attached to. I did not use them either, but again - that is not a complaint.I used a drill driver with extension bits. Otherwise it would be hard to get to the tabs. Doable. Easy.About the shelf itself - all parts were labeled and well protected. Assembly did not take long time. There was even a small Allen wrench.One thing that I disliked was the label on the shelf itself.It was made of paper and not easy to remove. Mineral spirits, or distilled petroleum as you wish, helps a lot. Will not damage the surface, but dissolves the glue.Doable, but time consuming.Had it been made of foil, removal would have taken 10 seconds instead of 5 minutes.I purchased overall 3 shelves, so it was annoying.Anyway, for the price it looks really good.

I was disappointed in the design and lack if quality in this shelf. The wall anchors supplied were the worst kind. I had to go buy better ones. Also there are 4 little tabs to mount it, and they are too close to the end supports. Cannot use a drill driver because of this, and skinned my knuckles because the screws were so close to the metal side brackets. The shelf does look good once up, and works well.Edit. This company contacted me regarding my complaints, and made an offer to compensate for my unhappiness. Very professional and good to deal with.

It would have been perfect if they hadn't used a veneered particle .

Everything is fine about this shelf....then they ruined it by putting a sticker on the wood shelf that doesn't come off easily. Stickers suck

Overall a good coat rack that looks good too. Has hooks in the back, but can also hang additional jackets on hangers on the front bar as well. Too shelf is good for storage as well.

The back holes on the sides are drilled in the wrong location- don't line up with the shelf holes. Saw earlier review with same issue, figured company would solve...guess not. Otherwise decent product.

Poor quality control on the product manufacturer. I encountered the same issue as another reviewer on the alignment of the holes to the bracket. It’s not even close to being right. Holes don’t line up for mounting. One would think that they would have fixed this manufacturing defect once it was reported before. Ordered a replacement and same issue. 0 for 2. Buyer beware. Don’t buy.
