Unlike some reviewers I find the taste of this product to be good. They are a little chewy but no more than a chewable multivitamin and certainly better than swallowing iron pills. We will see how effective they are after the next lab visit.

This is nice iron supplement in gummy form with additional vitamins. However, it is not the most economical form if needed for iron deficiency. The flavor is good with definitely a slight iron taste, as can be expected. I give a solid 3 stars. Would be 5 if at a better price point.

I would much rather eat a gummy than swallow a pill, so these have been a great way for me to supplement my iron in a simple and tasty way. I don't usually have a sweet tooth, but occasionally I just want a tiny bit of sweetness to cap off a meal. This is the perfect excuse for have sweetness that is good for you. This is an enormous amount of iron - very generous sized bottle for a good price.
