Got a Verizon screen at first, but it was unlocked & Tracfone OK. Great condition.

This is the first time I bought a reconditioned phone, and also the first time I got one that was unlocked. I was a bit apprehensive on both counts, especailly after reading some of the reviews. But I decided to order anyway, and I'm glad that I did.The phone arrived in great condition without a single scratch, mark, dent, or anything that I could see - it honestly looked like new. Turning it on for the first time it did come up with the Verizon welcome screen, so I was a bit worried that it might not be unlocked, but there was no need to be.I installed the SIM that I got from Tracfone (I decided to use the AT&T network), and started up. Before long a notice popped up that the SIM card had changed, and that the system would need to be cleared to use it. I said yes, and after the restart no more Verizon - it was replaced by the Tracfone screen.I then activated the SIM online, changed over my number to the new phone, and within an hour I was back in business.So in my case I got exactly what I was expecting, even better really, since the phone is in such great condition. Time will tell if it holds up, but so far so good.

Not UNLOCKED for all carriers

Description stated phone is GSM/CDMA factory unlocked for all carriers. I took phone to Page Plus (Verizon) and when they turned on the phone it displayed AT&T icon. Returned phone and got a full refund.
