Just as described... super soft and can be used anywhere. My Batteries dont last all night so I have to remind to turn it off. The humming gets quieter after a few minutes and doesn't bother me to begin with.

Cheap product that smells like it's about to catch fire. The vibration is weak and doesn't adjust. Worked o.k. on neck and shoulder area, but couldn't keep it on long enough to do any good because it smells like it's burning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, but i do recommend amazon discontinue this product.

I loved the fact that this pillows vibrations were controlled by an on and off switch. I used this as a sensory device for my Autistic son. He loves it. It's made of a very soft material and is battery operated. The battery zippered compartment makes it easy to load new batteries. Worth the money.

Batteries die quickly. Flat not fluffy. Cheap. Bought some that are weight activated, don't need to be turned on to use and they are great. Paid a little more and way better.

The entire reason behind buying this pillow was for relaxation, and stress relief. I am wound pretty tightly and wanted to try a new form of self care. I use this pillow for 10-30 minutes at a time for some very necessary relaxation and stimulation. I just put it behind my back like a normal pillow and lean into it. This has been a huge help for me and I highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with anxiety or stress. Plus the price is cheap!! Love it!!! Just remember to buy batteries. They last a while for me.

I really do like this pillow, the problem is that the battery dies very quickly and it emits a metal smell when running. Other than that the product itself does the job and provdes theraputic relief during my long work days (I use this pillow for my back). If the battery lasted longer and there wasnt that weird smell it would get 5 stars.

Does it work? Yes. Battery compartment is nice, vibration os nice, but it smells like it’s going to bust into flames at any moment. This is only after running for 3 min or so.

I love this when it works; it's for my mom who has back problems, but it runs the batteries down in about 7-8 hours if even that. Luckily I use rechargeable batteries, but I have to change it twice a day and it gets old. We had a different one that finally just stopped working altogether, but when it worked I only had to change the batteries daily and then only because we'd forget to turn it off. If we turned it off at night, the batteries would last almost two days. Mom does say she loves it even when it doesn't vibrate, it's got a really soft cover and is comfortable for lumbar support anyway.
