Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 32GB Gold, Dual Sim, 5.99" Display, 3GB Ram, GSM Unlocked, No Warranty

I asked tech support for some help on my phone's adaptor for its European charger because the adaptor that came with it wouldn't charge. Simple enough right? Nope. Instead of helping me get a new one or fixing the existing one their first and ONLY solution was for me to RETURN the otherwise fully functioning phone. How is that a helpful solution? For something so minor I assumed it would be a quick fix, not rocket science. I shouldn't have to return an otherwise good product, wait for a refund, and waste time waiting for the a brand new replacement when I need the product right now. I didn't understand why they had to make this process so inconvenient when they are a huge conglomerate, problems like this should be no more than a speck of dust on their pristine record. I will now have to buy a new adaptor to make up for the defective one, out of pocket, when this should've been fixed due to the fault being on their behalf.

En realidad este celular es uno de los mejores para no decir el mejor celular que he tenido, me encanta, tiene de todo, buena pantalla de gran tamaño, buena resolución de pantalla, increíbles colores, muy buen sonido, todas las funciones que quieres y mas, una cámara increíble, muy pero muy rápido, ademas de una batería que no tiene fin en todo el dia y todo eso por un celular por menos de 200 dolares, este Xiaomi por eso fue uno de los celulares mejor valorado por su relación calidad, precio, pues tiene todo lo que necesitas y no tienes que gastar tanto dinero, de ahora en lo adelante soy un fiel comprador de esta marca.

A must have for all! Xiaomi is a beast in all categories. And moreso when considering the low price. Multiply the current price by three (3) and this phone would still be a great buy! Period!

Seems like a nice device but without WiFi calling it is virtually useless to me.

Despues de usarlo 2 semanas aproximadamente la pantalla empezo a tener problemas , e concreto fugas de luz , y pantallas fantasma cosa que en concreto no me molestaba para nada . El problema empezo cuando de un dia para otro se puede ver en el video ,me salio una mancha bastante grande en la pantalla cosa que si me molesto y he solicitado una devolucion o cambio de producto por uno igual , ya que me sentia en mi plenos derechos porque el terminal solo se uso aproximadamente 2 semanas . Aqui es donde empezo mi gran problema ya que la tienda que me lo ha vendido desde un principio empezo a ponerme pegas , que si fue por el cristal templado (ni siquera le puse ya que el movil todavia tenia la pegatina de xiami) , que si agua que si historias . Al contactar con Amazon me aprobaron una devolucion por producto defectuoso , pero los señores de la tienda no confirmaron la devolucion del producto que yo hize . se ve que han decidido por ellos mismos no confirmar la devolucion y han decidido cambiar la pantalla cosa que yo no soy de acuerdo , porque ya sabeis un movil sin la pantalla original y con una de repuesto no tiene las mismas prestaciones , y aparte nadie paga casi 200€ por un movil sin su pantalla original . Cabe recordar que los señores de la tienda desde que hice la devolucion del movil defectuoso nunca se pusieron en contacto conmigo para informarme de algo o de la situacion en si , siendo yo siempre el que ha preguntado a ver que ocurre , y siempre recibiendo la misma respuesta . que lo estan investigando .Actualmente estoy sin movil y sin devolucion o reembolso alguno. El envio de vuelta lo hice el dia 4de septiembre y hoy dia 21 de septiembre no tengo todavia una respuesta en concreto. Ya sabeis que una persona no puede estar sin movil tanto tiempo y por desgracia me toco gastarme mas dinero en otro movil . Sinceramente el movil es un fiera , el mio tuvo problemas con la pantalla por desgracia , pero lo que si no recomiendo es comprarle de esta tienda , si sale con problemas ya sabeis lo que os espera , servicio de atencion al cliente 0 . Segun acabe la situacion esta creo que es la ultima compra en Amazon .UPDATE : Al final el equipo de Amazon me concedieron una devolucion ya que el producto estaba defectuoso . Muchas Gracias .

Dieses Smartphone ist für alle, die einen Allrounder im unteren Preissegment suchen, eine Spitzenoption. Das Gerät ist für den Laien mit kleinem Geldbeutel und ein paar Ansprüchen durchaus zu empfehlen. Die Handhabung ist intuitiv und leicht, das Design erinnert an ein neueres Apfelmodell, die Kamera macht eine sehr gute Figur, die Tonqualität der Anrufe ist top und das Display macht auch was her. Für mich war auch wichtig, dass es eine Kopfhörerbuchse gibt. Ich selbst habe keine riesigen Ansprüche an Smartphones, möchte aber schon ein paar ordentliche Schnappschüsse machen können, unterwegs Musik hören und auch mal Videos schauen. All diesen Bedürfnissen wird das Xiaomi gerecht. Vor allem über die Fotos kann man in diesem Preissegment nicht meckern. Hier machen besonders die verschiedenen Einstellungen und Filter den Fotografiergenuss aus. Mit ein bisschen Spielerei an den Einstellungen kann man viel rausholen. Die Akkuleistung konnte mich bisher auch überzeugen. Die 4000 mA bringen mich, bei moderater bis häufiger Nutzung, meist durch 2 volle Tage. Die Variante mit 3 GB Arbeitsspeicher reicht mir völlig. Für diese Ausführung in Gold habe ich etwa 145 € gezahlt. Ein Superpreis für ein solides Gerät.UPDATE 26. Februar 2020: Nach fast 1,5 Jahren Nutzung bin ich noch immer sehr zufrieden. Mittlerweile konnte ich zwar feststellen, dass es auch im Niedrigpreissegment bessere Kameraausstattungen gibt, doch das war auch zuvor kein zu wichtiges Kaufkriterium für mich. Im Dunkeln ist die Kamera nicht gut einsetzbar und das ist bei rund 150 € auch total okay. Alles andere läuft top. Ich habe bisher nicht einmal grundlegend ausgemistet und wirklich allerhand Apps auf dem Gerät (5 verschiedene Fotobearbeitungs-, Collagen- und Comic-Apps, 6 Games, alle gängigen sozialen Netzwerke und und und). Dafür läuft echt alles flüssig. Das habe ich bei Konkurrenten, die zu den Marktführern gehören, auch schon deutlich anders erlebt. Ich habe das Modell Redmi Note 5 auch zwei Freunden empfohlen und bestellt. Ein weiterer Kumpel wurde mit dem Redmi Note 9 ausgestattet. Ich denke, ich habe mit Xiaomi eine zuverlässige Marke gefunden, bei der ich getrost bleiben kann. Eine Sache, die mich nicht loslassen will: Das Redmi Note 5 hat ein wunderschönes, griffiges Gehäuse, das an Aluminium erinnert (Für den Laien zumindest. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was das tatsächlich ist.) und auch noch keinen Schaden genommen hat, obwohl es oft ohne Schutz in meiner Tasche umherfliegt. Das sich die neuen Modelle der Reihe, die ich bisher gesehen habe, wie Platikspielzeug anfühlen, will mir da nicht so recht behagen. Mit dem Gehäuse des Redmi Note 5 hat Xiaomi alles richtig gemacht.

Llegó todo bien, en perfecto estado, antes de tiempo y con las cualidades que tiene puestas en características, y con lo normal, el cargador, el pincho para sacar la tarjeta y la funda. Muy contenta con la compra. es un buen móvil, buen sonido, funcionamiento, carga y descarga, calidad de imagen....El color no me hacía mucha gracia, en la foto se ve más superficial o amarillento de lo que es. Ahora que lo tengo, veo que es más sútil, imitando al iphone creo, y es precioso el color. Da clase, Igualmente si no te gusta mucho, no importa, puesto que los reflejos de otros colores se aprecian en la carcasa y a veces, según la luz, parece rosado, o gris....en fin.

Excelente equipo. Muy bonito diseño; la cámara no es la mejor, pero sigue siendo buena; batería súper duradera, y más aún considerando el tamaño del equipo; el sonido y la pantalla bastante bien; MIUI 9.6 súper utilitario. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Un gran terminal. Posiblemente el mejor teléfono del 2018, calidad/precio. Llego antes de la fecha prevista. Cómo venía descrito en el anuncio.
