Favorite in-ear wireless
Overall, the most comfortable and easiest to use of all the Bluetooth ear phones I own. Sound is excellent, seal is great. Bluetooth connect instantaneous. Adjustable wire. Announces remaining juice. Comfortable for my small ears compared to the X2. Battery does not last a full day of off and on usage. Be prepared to charge overnight for next day's use or carry the auxiliary chargng cradle+cable with you at all times. Don't lose the ingenious but proprietary charging cradle and/or cable. They are SMALL. Keep in the supplied small pouch and remember where you put it (or panic like I did).

2 pairs have gone completely dead after a few months
I bought a pair last year, and after a few months, they went completely dead. I asked Jaybird to replace them as they were relatively new, had not been mishandled, and there was no reason for them not to work. Jaybird was fairly helpful in the process and ultimately sent me a new pair. Now the same thing has happened with the new set -- they've gone completely dead. And this is after I've been extra careful to follow every instruction and baby them so they wouldn't break down on me like the first set. There's no reason for this. Never buying again. Also, they're not as comfortable in my ear as other sets I've tried. Always feel like they're falling out, no matter what size ear insert I'm using.

Great quality but mic weighs down
Great pair of wireless earbuds! The fit is nice and the sound is really good compared to my $70 sony wired earbuds. However, the remote on the earbuds can weight down the right ear a bit and make the earbuds move which I always find annoying. Battery life is good but not as long as advertised. Connecting takes a bit, but it's not difficult just takes longer than 10 seconds each time. Great quality earbuds overall even though the mic can bug me sometimes.

The one that works.
They work! I'm able to connect effortlessly with our bluetooth TV adapter. Before purchasing, I emailed the maker of this product to inquire as to why many of the wireless earbuds I purchased didn't work. Afterall, they were made by prominent manufacturers but they wouldn't connecrt. (I was getting tired of buying and returning.) Followup was quick and detailed. It was explained to me "why". I am educated now. These earbuds work great. I recommend them to anyone that just wants to connect and go on with their lives. Also: they come with backup batteries! How cool is that!

Good design, but don't sound as good as I'd hoped
I got these because there are number of people on youtube that claim they are just as good as Bose Sound Sport wireless earbuds. NOT true at all.I've owned the Bose Sound Sports for a few years and they have amazing sound with a very good depth and richness. These Freedom 2 earbuds sound good but favor the higher ranges. Even with the equalizer, on the phone app, the Freedom 2 still have a lack of depth in their sound quality. They're good earbuds though and I'll keep them because the battery life is far superior to many other brands and they have a really low profile in my ear. I had to get the comfort foam ear pieces though. The silicone ear pieces JayBird provides are not quite right for my ears; they hurt and they fall out too much.So far the JayBird support is non-existent.My microphone comes on at random times. You can tell because the audio quality drops and you can easily hear anything that touches the mic. Easy to turn off ... but annoying still.Take a look at the image I attached. Over 4 days and no one looks at it ... yet the 3 people are claiming that they respond in under 5 hours. Sad.

Jaybird made a second generation product, without address some important design flaw, and managed to make the product worse.
I own the Freedom 1. I really liked it until the cupper contact between the charger and my headset rusted away. I eventually can't charge my headset anymore so I purchased the freedom 2.And after got it, it sounds and looks and feels exactly like my freedom 1, except they now have sillion fin and tip fused together. I hate this change so much as the silicon tip doesn't seal my ear nearly enough compare to the foam ones. I can't be the only one on the planet with somewhat strange earshape. I only purchased the Freedom 1 after I tried it with foam tip at Apple store. Luckily the headphone itself is pretty much the old one so I was able to use my old foam eartip. Why did I gave it a 3 star? Because it is just like the old one. The only significant improvement is the cord management system. And seeing the contact material and coating unchanged, I have no reason to believe this one's contacts won't rust away. So essentially jaybird made a second generation product, without address some important design flaw, managed to make the product worse.

Don't buy these. Fraud
First of all the battery life is not the true. It lasts 4 hours, not the advertised 8. It says 8 because they come with this garbage battery pack that has 4 hours. That's like me saying my phone lasts for 5 days without a charge because I have a giant battery bank. Doesn't make sense right? Thought so. Also all these products are supposed to come with comply foam tips, this has none. If you lose the tiny battery bank the buds are useless. You can listen to the buds with the battery pack but you might as well tape a double a battery to the right remote because that's what it feels like when you wear it. I'm very disappointed.
