As an editor who works at a desk for over ten hours every day, a protruded lumbar intervertebral disc is like the sword of Damocles hanging over my head. This office chair enables me to find the most comfortable position when taking a nap or wanting to relax. Sitting for a whole day in summer won't make you feel stuffy or sticky. The adjustment function of the armrest is the finishing touch, perfectly fitting the curves of my arms and neck. Since I changed to this chair, my lumbar vertebrae have obviously become much more relaxed.

Third time was a charm.Customer service was extremely responsive. They sent me another chair. All parts included! Took 30 minutes to assemble. I do like the chair. I wish the lumbar was more prominent and adjustable. Nice light fabric, quite comfortable. Overall, the experience that started as annoying and frustrating became satisfactory. If the complete chair had arrived with my first order, I’d have given it 4 ½ stars.Purchased this chair a couple weeks ago. The box arrived. The box was busted and the packaging looked sketchy - unprofessional wrapping. After unpacking, and checking the parts to prepare for assembly, I find there were no legs. Disappointing. Contacted Amazon to send a new chair. Repacked box with 1st chair to return. Lugged box to UPS. I did not contact HBADA.Today, the new chair arrived. The box was fine, the packaging looked sketchy. I looked at my partner and said, $100 says this box contains no legs. He did not take the bet… and a good thing for him. Unpacked the box, there are NO LEGS!Considerably more disappointing.I will be contacting HBADA. Several reviewers spoke highly of their Customer Service. If they Overnight my legs, I will revisit this review and make it a fair and reasonable product review. Otherwise, two chairs, neither with legs, are still 1 star chairs. At the moment, HBADA, you don’t have a leg to stand on.

The chair is well built and the mesh seat, lumbar support and seatback are comfortable. The armrests angle inward toward the seat which makes it an effort to get seated and to stand up, even for a six foot 165 pound man. Someone with a wider girth would probably return the chair, except it would take a PhD in mechanical engineering to figure out how to repackage it. The headrest is comfortable when positioned properly...except the internal mechanism is too week to maintain the chosen position. A mere touch and the headrest slides to a lower position. Knowing these two aggravations, I would not buy this item again, nor recommend it for anyone else.

Returned. Box seemed previously opened. Definitely not a new item and was missing the legs. For the price I expected a little better. The footrest looked like it was cheaply made and looked as it was not going to be comfortable. Couldn't assemble.

Great chair but bad instructions.The ergonomic backrest feature isn’t explained well -> it will slide if you pull it all the way up but will stay put otherwise.Overall, very comfortable and good for hot climate (no sweat stains). It is higher than usual office chairs so the seat takes some getting used to but feels great when you do. The mesh is well made and strong and the extra customizations (adjustable handles, head rest) make it all the better. Great chair for the price! Just be prepared to take awhile assembling it.

This chair is very comfortable. I just got it on Friday and enjoyed it all weekend. Great for gaming and working.It came well packaged and was a bit heavy in the box. It comes with a hex key to install all the screws, but if you dont want to take an hour to assemble the chair, use a drill with a hex bit.Im very pleased with the purchase and would recommend!
