Like not having to cut or scrape a hard cocoa butter
The wafers are great! I don't enjoy having to try and scrape cocoa butter from a jar. So I would be happy reordering this product, smells nice, easy to use and measure.

False advertising
These are advertised as “... formed into little wafers to make it easier for measuring...”. I received a huge solid mound and several smaller chunks.The temperature is 41 degrees today. The product did not melt and solidify unless it happened many months ago during the summer in a warehouse environment that was above 94+ degrees. Product also says “Shelf life is guaranteed for three years.” There is no date anywhere on the package.
