can i rotate the bezel?

Yes, it rotates. The bezel on mine actually fell off after a week though.

I just got this watch as a gift literally just took it out of the box does anyone know how to get the second to move?

Pull the crown out and twist until the hour and minute hands are where you want them, the second hand should naturally move with them. If you have any more questions please feel free to contact us. Thank you.
