I bought this to replace a defective toner cartridge I purchased several montsh ago from another company online. The other cartridge never produced quality copies from the start and I suspect it was remanufactured! This one was NEW and works perfectly. When buying toner always look for an original factory OEM product.

I purchased this cartridge thinking that I was going to save some money. At first it worked great and I felt that I had found a good source for my toner at an exceptional price. Needless to say that less than 100 copies of usage I started to get black lines on my copies. After removing the cartridge I noticed a build up of toner on the photo drum. No amount of adjustment, light/dark, made a difference. Lesson learned, "a penny wise and pound foolish."

So far, the toner cartridge is working well. Since the other lasted about 4 months we have some time to go.

Not too happy with this toner. It must have been in storage a long time. The roller was covered in toner and made a mess of the copies. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to clean it. It’s better but it should have arrived in better condition.

It did what it was supposed to do! What else would someone expect of it? All it does is make a good clopy.

The package apparently was pre-opened...by whom...who knows...when I followed the directions and placed it in the copier, the copies were black...when I opened the machine, there was toner everywhere. When I took the machine to a repair place, the tech showed me a hole in the cartridge, which is where the leak occured...."Send it back and get your $$ back...if they refuse, post it on Amazon and other blogs. It's a bad cartridge that should have never been shipped."So far, the company has not answered my emails or calls.

This toner cartridge came immediately and was convenient to have sent. I will do this again. No more expensive than getting one in office supply store - and it works great.

Found that Amazon is cheaper than Staples, Office Max and a few others. Shipping is fast and ordering is easy. The cartridge will last about 5 years the most after such it will perform with streaks.
