Easy to Take and Gentle on the Stomach
Got these for my wife and she’s really happy with them so far. The iron doesn’t upset her stomach like other brands have in the past, and the added multivitamin with L-Methylfolate and Vitamin D is a great bonus. Easy to swallow and provides peace of mind during pregnancy.

Very optimistc with this quality product.
Age related mood disorders like depression, anxiety and panic attacks can strike at any age. It could be temporary but for some long lasting. It appears that some people with a gene mutation (up to 40% of people) lose the ability to convert folic acid into a form the body can use "Methylfolate".after researching this subject it appears that it is worth trying a methylated version of folate including B12 to see if the chain of events that leads to mood disorders could be positively effected by using the natural form of folate that the body can absorb. With all supplements they can take a while to notice any change. I will update on this later once the supply has run out. As someone who witnessed post natal depression for several months it will be interesting to see how things progress using this supplement. This is “lab tested” and NSA certified so we are re assured there is no nasty stuff in these. The product has a capsule with iron included, and the separate 3 layer tablet which delivers all the other vital nutrients. Easy to take and swallow and no obvious taste either. If this works it will be a wonderful value product which may become a mainstay of our bathroom cabinet.

Great product
Big capsules and tablets, but easy enough to swallow. No bad taste or aftertaste. I am glad the ingredients are split. Seems very clever 👍

Separate tablets means can adjust dosing. Easy to swallow, although large tablet
I travel a lot and so like that these come in a blister pack as it’s easy for me to take around and also even at home I can clearly see if I’ve taken it, as I write the day in marker pen.I also think it’s a plus that the iron is a separate tablet, as I find generally iron impacts my stomach, so I don’t take it everyday. One thing I would say is the tablet is quite thick. Still relatively easy to swallow though.I didn’t find any horrible smell or taste.

Seems to be good
The thing with supplements is that you need to be taking them for a while before you notice any difference, so given that I've only been taking these iron capsules & multivitamin tablets for a few days, I cannot definitely say whether they are any good. I'm hoping they will be. The capsules and tablets are easy to swallow, and I have experienced no ill effects due to taking them. The pack, containing 30 days' supply of both iron capsules and multivitamin tablets, costs £22.99, which assuming they do their job, is very good value, in my opinion, and commensurate with what I would expect to pay on the high street.

Your benefit milage may vary
Its always difficult to review vitamin items like there as their use and benefits are difficult to measure. My review is that they are packaged well and may or may not work for you. They are supplied in to different forms - an Iron capsule and a large multi-vitamin tablet. Then I say large I mean large as some may find tables this size, difficult to swallow at around 2CM in length. The Iron capsules are a little smaller and easier to swallow but boy do they tase foul. A horrible bitter, metallic taste so you will need to quickly wash them down with water or juice. Its quite common for Iron tablets to taste metallic but I have not experienced any quite so powerfully tasking as these.I hope this insight is useful but I probably wouln't buy them again.
