Betsy Furniture 2PC Bonded Leather Recliner Set, Sofa, Loveseat, 8018, Black

This set is very pretty and comfortable to sit in right from the beginning. It is smaller than I expected, but I didn't do measurements, so that's my own fault. I'm going to hopefully be adding the recliner into the set since I have the room. Leather is reds/browns, but mostly on the brown side with a bit of a mottled appearance. My old couches were much bigger, so we will have to get used to that, but otherwise, these couches are very nice for the price. Super easy to assemble and packaged well enough to survive the horrible shipping situation it was apparently in...the boxes were ripped to shreds! I was worried the couches would be destroyed, but thankfully they were not. Definitely would recommend for good quality, well priced furniture.

I received my furniture yesterday. The set up was very easy. It looks absolutely beautiful. I am also very happy to announce that it is super comfortable!! I’m very, very happy with my purchase.

I don't really have any complaints about the product itself. It is decent quality. My complaint would be the delivery. The delivery people ignored my instructions and literally dropped the boxes off on crates in my front yard when no one was home. With this being a bigger delivery I would think that the company selling it would want a signature to make sure it got delivered properly. Fortunately no one stole my delivery from my front yard while no one was home but the next person might not get so lucky.

I bought the full couch and love seat late summer. The material on one of the chairs of love seat peeled off. Seller was great, super responsive and sent a replacement right away. After a few months, back of (replacement) loveseat snapped off. Seller said they would check for a replacement back piece, which will not work as hardware is broken. That was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing. The material has also started to wear of the full size couch after less than 6 months. You would get more return from your money if you lit it on fire. So disappointed. Set looks nice, but not worth the hassle.

I was a little nervous to buy a couch online when you can't test it out. Not to mention these were the cheapest recliner sofas on Amazon. Rooms to go had similar looking ones that were more then double this price.In the end, the giant difference in price and tons of good reviews sold me. The only concern we're all the negative reviews about shipping.I'm happy to say this is the most comfortable couch i have owned in the past 20 years. The delivery people were great. They showed up on time and brought the pallet right where i asked them too. Even my inlaws who but the most expensive of everything said it was more comfortable then their couch and were shocked at how little it cost.Great sofa and love seat combo
