I don't know if I didn't read the product description correctly or what but it doesn't have a UK plug attached to it! It had clearly been opened before and re-packaged so I think other people made the same mistake.

Should highlight in the advert that this product comes with a European pin and not a plug. No adapter with the product so returned.

Not UK Compatible plug!
When you send items like this to your customers not only are they annoyed by the incompetence but they are also having to return this item by repackaging and spending valuable time in the day going to return it for a refund! If you don’t have the product for UK don’t advertise it! ZERO stars ☹️

NOT FOR UK HAS A TWO PIN PLUG AND NO ADAPTOR
Very disappointed these are European straightners with a two pin plug fitted , no adapter supplied. We used one of our own adapters and it blew the fuse immediately

Do not wrap the cable around the device. Make sure hair is dry, combed and tangle free before use. Start with a small strand and at a low temperature, then slowly approach the temperature that suits you and slowly pull the strand through the straightener, but at a steady pace. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use only on dry hair.
