This shampoo (and the matching conditioner) is amazing. For the record, I have very thick, long hair that tends to curl and gets easily dried out. Recently, I've stopped combing/brushing my hair because it just increases the frizziness of my hair. But my old shampoo and conditioners just weren't cutting it. I tried this on the off-chance that it would work, and boy did it! I washed it with the shampoo, throughly rinsed it, and then did the same with the condition. My hair is incredibly soft without being oily after using this. The scent is amazing too, without being overwhelming. I will be buying the bigger bottles of this stuff next time.

an amount worth spending on a shampoo. silicone & frizz free in the true sense. keeps hair healthy, devoid of unnecesary chemicals. paired it up with garnier whole blends conditioner. works beautifully in maintaining moisture and keeps air frizz free.

found it pricier. Does cost a LOT more now

I found these products through a YouTube channel recommending good, lower budget shampoo and conditioner that doesn’t contain sulfates and/or parabens. I was skeptical that OGX had a product with sufficient ingredients and decided to try it for myself.For reference, my hair is typically wavy/straight, quite thick, and longer.Here are some things I like and dislike about the shampoo and conditioner.Likes:- They both have a great, lasting scent that is very pleasant. It’s a more warm vanilla and mocha scent and isn’t too fresh, but smells great.- The shampoo and conditioner is sulfate/silicon free!- It’s great at preventing any frizziness to my hair.- It doesn’t leave the “squeaky” clean feeling in my hair!- I could definitely feel the difference in my hair between this and my previous Pantene products.- Both products left my hair very soft!Dislikes:- I believe there may be some fragrance in this product which isn’t typically what I would look for in a shampoo.- This product isn’t EWG verified.- The conditioner is extremely thick and the tubes push out too much conditioner for me.- The conditioner causes my hair to become greasy on the ends, which is quite surprising, but could also not be for my hair texture. It may be too moisturizing.Overall, this was a great product and worked overall. I’m glad I found this when looking for something sulfate/paraben/silicon free and helped me to later find better products for me in the future.
