Not bad at all
I bought this for my mum who is 71. I watched it through and did some of the moves and felt it would be gentle but effective and ok for her to do. When I asked her if she'd tried it, she said yes and how much she was aching. Yes, because you haven't exercised in a long while, I said. Then she complained about the use of the water bottle and broomstick in a couple of the exercises - even though the instructor tells you that you don't have to use them AND one of the 3 ladies doing the exercises demonstrates the beginners moves without these items. I think it's a very good dvd and hope she keeps at it. I think it would work well for her and then she wouldn't have to keep complaining about her aches and pains, especially after ignoring her doctor's advice to do more exercise! Sigh...

OK, but ...
The exercises in this video seem appropriate for the target customer and the instructions are fairly easy to follow. However, there is a music track, but the actions don't have anything to do with the rhythm of the music. For some reason it made it all seem a bit clumsy and disjointed. Probably just me!

Gentle Gym
Service quick. As it states it is gentle exercises but a few of them are kneeling down which i miss out as problems with knees, I would have to alternate with doing something else as would find it a bit boring doing it all the time
