I'm a 375lb big man and it's sturdy,works good and fit me like i want it to. When i move, bend or sit it doesn't com off like others i live this product and I'm glad i got it.

Great product, I got a size small and it fits just right, gives me enough room to loosen it or tighten it. I'm 5'0" and weigh 115. I got the cream but even if you didn't have that it would still make you sweat.

So I bought this waist trainer thinking “meh I try it and if it makes me sweat a little I’ll be satisfied “ so I went on to the gym and put it on and I realized that it was giving me a breeze and a breathable feeling so I was like okay that’s different ,little did I know I was sweating up a river under this thing. Now folks I do sweat a little but Jesus Christ did I sweat a river this works miracles! I will difinitly Buy it again and I honestly wish I had bought it before because man was I missing out on a great product ..ps sorry for the sweaty photo

I purchased this in March 2017 and I love these. I usually ALWAYS wear over my clothes and wipe them off immediately after each use. I still wear regularly and my legs and tummy are smaller.

Love it so far. Really promotes sweat in that area. Already seeing a difference.

VIEW MY PHOTO WITH REVIEW BECAUSE THIS LITERALLY WORKS. I know how it is to go over others reviews and debate if you should get the product. I put on the waist trainer for 10 minutes while using my stepper. I wasn't sweating I just had a hint of sweat over my body after 10 minutes, also I didn't feel like I was sweating at my mid section where my trainer was. However, after the 10 minutes and not feeling as sweaty I took of the trainer, WHOA, WOW & OMG, there was so much sweat. I was shocked I ran out my room to show my brother and I said to him this accumulated after 10 minutes it was a lot and I told him that while working out I didn't feel like I was sweating at my mid section because the trainer was firmly held in place and did not move. It works and I would invest. I don't know about longevity but if you re debating I say go for it.P.S make sure you are aware of the inches before purchasing. I measured my waist before purchasing.k****UPDATE 4x using it: ****F.Y.I I know it's gross so SORRY but I am showing a photo of the trainer with sweat, this is just after walking my dog and doing 10 minutes of jogging combined. That is actual sweat not water and with all that sweat you aren't feeling it underneath trainer, the trainer stays in place and you feel dry not gross or it feels like it's sliding off. This trainer works best believe, I hope this help with deciding purchase.

When I purchased this item over a year ago I was in the middle of a weight loss and I was in a hurry to lose more weight; however, the first time I put it on, then the second time, it felt uncomfortable to me so I shelfed it. As I continued to lose weight (at that point had lost over a hundred pounds) I began to suffer loose skin syndrome and decided I would try the TNT belt again. Wow, what a difference it made, not only did my weight loss increase (wear it while walking and riding my bicycle), it also helped tremendously with a slimming effect around my belly. Still have loose skin, but it has slimmed my profile, increased my weight loss, and made my workouts just much more effective. I am totally a true believer now. BTW, went from 272 to 220 in a four month period; but had begun at 387. Feeling great, looking great and just has been life changing.
