i don't know why lowes doesn't also sell trim kits when they sell slide-in stoves. i tried to order a trim kit on line with lowes and was told (repeatedly) that it would take 5 months to receive. (what?!) i searched the whirlpool site a few times and eventually found this kit on their website but it didn't indicate the dimensions or how the kit was installed. i called whirlpool and was actually told they didn't know the actual dimensions. finally i just googled the part number and ended up on amazon. sheesh, why didn't i think of amazon to begin with? while the kit was $25 more on amazon than it was on lowes, i could receive the kit within days by ordering on amazon as opposed to ordering from lowes. and thanks to other reviews on here, i learned ahead of time exactly what i needed to know. also, thanks amazon, for also taking the time to show me other trim kits i might want instead. for example, the sides of the kit might not be as long as you want. there are also "front" kits that trim around the front of the counter if you feel a need for that. i was happy with just the basic kit. it is well made, easy to apply (double sided tape). someone else commented in a review that getting the stove perfectly level at the height you want the stove to be in order to match the level of the trim is a very tedious task. yes, it was a bit tedious to get the stove up to the height needed to be flush with the trim. and in the end, we ended up with "almost flush" and you know what? it is fine. it looks great and will serve its purpose very well. oh and another point is that i chose the black trim instead of the stainless steel trim for my whirlpool. i had read that the stainless steel didn't always match the appliance and i had also read somewhere that in case you had to trim the trim, you could use black appliance paint to cover up the cuts. that said, the trim is molded in all dimensions and so i am glad we didn't have to cut the trim.

These are excellent quality and fit nicely next to my Whirlpool slide in rage to seal the edges of the counter. They also give it a nice built in look. Unfortunately the piece for the back was not needed, but i still needed to purchase it as they are available as a full kit only. The piece for the back was just barely long enough to extend the width of the stove and as such to short to be stable as there is not counter top being my slide in range (it is snug to the wall). The pieces for the two sides are just a tad to short, as they do not reach the wall. They are long enough that they should butt against the back piece if it is installed.All in all i am pleased because the quality is great (They are not plastic, I believe metal) and they make my stove look built in and prevent messes from sliding between the stove and cabinets. The price is a tad outrageous for what it is, but what other options do we really have?

Looks professional and very high quality. There is a small lip which allows you to apply it to your granite and raise your slide in stove to perfect alignment. Very easy to install and looks like a customFor when you’re done. Works well as long as your side gaps are not more than about 1/4-1/3 inch wide.

This kit is awesome. It really completes the installation and the finish matches the stove perfectly. That being said, you'd think the bevel of the back piece would line up with the bevel on the side pieces... but they don't. It's 1/4" too short. It's off to the trained eye. Given this kit is specific to the model of stove, one would think the kit would be a perfect fit at the corners.

I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I didn't buy the cheap plastic gap filler. These are a quality product, made of metal. Installation is a breeze, they have self sticking 3M tape on them. My counters looked terrible after the handyman cut them for the installation of my new range. These make everything look good again.

I confirmed this is the correct trim kit for my Jenn Air. We had to cut the long one to create a gap so it would meet the side pieces. You can't see the back of our set-up because it's against a wall, so it worked. Just be careful of this annoying detail.

these work great to cover the gap from counter to stove. I chose the black and love them. looks a whole lot better than the cheap plastic ones in the store.

Delivered on time. Easy installation. Size was not correct across the back. It had to be cut down to fit.
