So far so good.
I purchased the 6'7" 3wt in red. I upped the line weight to a 4 and did some false casting in the yard. Definitely a slow action rod, which for me will take some getting used to since I'm accustomed to medium-fast to fast action graphite's, but the casting was smooth and looks like it will help with more delicate presentations. Cant wait to get it out for the wild browns on the small streams of NEPA. From what I can tell its similar to the Sage line of rods in action and appearance. Came in your typical sock/ tube combo which is great for long hikes to the water or stashing it in the truck box. The rod, in my opinion, is probably top quality for this price point. The handle and reel seat are especially attractive.All around this looks like a great deal. I decided to post this review because I was doubtful about buying something that had no reviews. Maybe this one will help you pull the trigger. I'll update this review next week after I take her out this coming weekend. Good luck and Tight Lines!
