This music stand is by far the best I have ever used. This specific model of stand is suitable for both seated and standing work, including for people over 6ft tall. It is sturdy and stable, even when extended to full height. It folds up efficiently, but not as much as the portable version, which might be a consideration (at the expense of the range in adjustment) if there is a need to transport it often.

I bought this model because of the weight. The fold flat type is a lot heavier. It is a well made stand but with hindsight I should have bought the fold flat one as this one is not designed for assembling and folding down after each gig. Still a good stand, one of the best I have used.

I am so pleased with the music stand. I haven't had it long and so far have only used it in the house so I am not sure how easy it will be to manage when I have to take it somewhere outside the house. It is light but seems quite sturdy and the width makes using music copies so easy. My husband is not the most practical man, but he had no difficulty assembling the stand.

I'm 6'4 and I can stand up and have it at the perfect height. It is a little bit unstable but I guess that's what you sacrifice to get it up that high.

I have been using a wobbly portable music stand for about two years and before that a clumpy metal orchestra stand. We are moving house and I was looking for something more practical and stylish for the room where I will be playing cello. This fits those requirements perfectly and the main music board is a black nylon type material. There is a handy tray underneath for pencils etc. and it is easy to assemble. Highly recommended.

I'M VERY ANGRY!!!!I ordered this music stand, it arrived but with a big problem: the big cardboard package was all fine, but the tiny plastic bag with the screws was cut open and some pieces were missing. So I couldn't assemble the stand.I need absolutely the missing screws! Without these pieces the music stand doesn't work!!Davide - Verona, Italy

This is a good bit of kit, but unfortunately, I had to return it as it was​ too heavy for my needs.

Excellent stand, tall enough to be at eye height when standing. Brilliant customer service too, we had a query and they were incredibly helpful.
