Cute tablet + DVD player combo!
I got another portable DVD player, but this time, it's a tablet too! I adore the metallic pink color of this little DVD player tablet as it reminds of my old Hello Kitty CRT television that I used as a kid. This tablet can connect to Wifi, so I am able to watch my YouTube, Netflix, and VRV videos. Just about every video and streaming app will work as long as the apps are updated. Also, I would not install any keyboards on this tablet because the tablet does tend to get slow when custom keyboards are running.Games and another applications will work fine on this tablet as long as they are tapping inputs. Unfortunately, stroke inputs on this tablet tend to suffer from input lag, making art apps and certain games like Fruit Ninja not as smooth as I wanted them to be. The tablet is a little slow sometimes, but that doesn't bother me too much. The speakers are alright, but I prefer to plug in my earbuds as the audio quality is way better on earbuds. The screen quality is pretty nice, but when I tried to play games that were in portrait mode, the screen was hard to look at without eyestrain. I understand that this tablet is meant to be in landscape mode.As for the DVD Player, the star of the show, all of my DVD discs ran perfectly with no skips at all. I did encounter a problem with the OPEN button. See, the OPEN button will sometimes get stuck when it's pressed. To loosen the button, I just stick my fingernail in the crack and it pops out ready to use again.Although this tablet may have some problems, I still really like it. I plan to bring this device over on road trips.
