This small, inexpensive piece of silicone gel is a life changer for me. I have been having many problems with my middle toe on one foot and have not been able to alleviate the pain. It is never bad in the summer if I can wear flip flops, but as soon as the weather turns I'm in constant pain. I found myself taking my shoe off every time I would sit. I thought I'd try this and didn't expect it to work but instead had instant results. The first day I noticed that I never had to take off my shoe, but it was really painful once I did get home and take them off. But since then, I've had no issues. Now I can be on my feet all day and never get disturbed by the pain. It's great to be able to wear any shoes I want again. Wonderful! I just ordered another set to make sure I always have a back up.

It just does not have enough cushion for me. I'm 6'2" 200. Even though it feels like normal silicone it is not absorbing as much as I need.

Pulls on toe. Not comfortable

Toe ring ripped almost off after wearing full day at work. They provided nice cushioning but now useless with out the toe ring to hold them on.

Was expecting a thicker pad. Use this for running, did not really help all that much.
