Pity about "13 Ghosts"
Great transfers, but the presentation of "13 Ghosts" is very badly thought out. There are three versions on the BluRay:1. The black and white theatrical version where yoiu see the ghosts with no option to not see them.2. An Illusion-O version where you have the option to see or not see the ghosts, but you have to decide BEFOREHAND whether you want to see them or not. There is no ability to change while watching the picture. Heralded in the notes as a great idea, but in reality utterly stupid.3. The original Illusion-O theatrical version, for which you need the special glasses, but none are provided! Great thinking there. Fortunately, I have the glasses which came with the DVD version and they work perfectly. And, it would not be that hard to make a pair if you have anaglyph 3D glasses.Nevertheless, as a package I could not give this anything less than 5 stars.

Expensive but essential for William Castle fans
I don't see why there had to be two William Castle box sets rather than one, other than to double the cost. I was also very disappointed that no Illusion-O viewer was included with 13 Ghosts, but otherwise no complaints, this is a fantastic-looking set with a generous helping of extras.

A time capsule of classic American B movies.
Great little package of movies that are very niche and of their time. I will assume that parting with the asking price in the first place you the consumer know exactly what you're getting. Sit back, relax and enjoy the movies a long gone era.
