Spectra A/C Condenser 7-3284

I was told that I would need to spend around $800 for a Condenser from Toyota. I had a friend install a new AC Compressor in my 2006 Toyota Sienna and a few weeks later, the new compressor went out as well. He said that the Condenser was not working properly and causing improper pressures on the compressor--thus causing it to fail again. After he installed this Spectra Premium Condenser, I had my AC back and it's been going strong for several months now. I would recommend this to anyone with an 06 Sienna that needs a Condenser. I don't know what other years of the Sienna that this is compatible with but Amazon does a great job with telling you what's compatible when you tell them what you drive.

This is not an oem fit. The dryer canister back is not flush with the back of the evaporator. This makes it difficult to install. However with a little bending of the support rails and leaving one screw out, it is working.

Worked for less than 2 years and then started leaking. How long are these things supposed to last?

Worked fine for 1 year, but is now leaking at the upper corner on the driver's side. No accident or other physical reason it should have started leaking.

Fits in perfectly, and works great on my 2006 sienna. I am very happy

It's work to install it but it is working fantastic. Good construction for an aftermarket part.
