Indie Lee Rosehip Cleanser, 4 fl. oz.

This stuff is quite literally a Godsend for me. I've spent countless dollars on different skincare regiments, different brands of makeup, etc. trying to resolve an ongoing, undiagnosed skin issue that has been causing redness, stinging, skin weeping, and sometimes even scaling/crusting on a small patch of skin on my face, of all places. Some days are better than others, but there are days I try to hide it with make up and it seems to only draw more attention to the issue at hand. I finally found this product after about a year and a half of dealing with the skin problem. I use it in conjunction with Indie Lee's squalane facial oil and within just a couple of days, I saw a marked difference. These two items are staples in my skincare regiment now, and I cannot go without them. If you're having any kind of inflammatory skin issue, I encourage you to give this a shot. $32 might seem like quite a bit to drop on a face wash for some, but if you're anything like me and have spent as much time and money as I did looking for a solution, it's more than worth it.

I usually don't write reviews on products unless the product is absolutely amazing or it's horrible. With that being said, this cleanser is everything I've ever wanted and more. I have extremely sensitive dry skin. My skin is also very acne prone with a lot of redness. In just one week of using the cleanser, I've noticed that my skin looks a lot healthier. I don't have near as much redness or dryness. This cleanser has a really light, fresh scent. It isn't harsh at all. Also, I've heard this cleanser does a good job of relieving the symptoms/pain associated with Rosacea. I don't have Rosacea, but I do get extremely painful infections in my eyelids from time to time. I used this cleanser and gently rubbed it on my eyelids and lash line. I was amazed at how it took the redness and pain away from my infected eyelid. It doesn't burn if I accidentally get some in my eyes, either. Also, it's eco-friendly. I could go on and on. It's amazing. If you have dry, sensitive skin with a lot of redness, look no further.

So far I really like this cleanser. It is gentle enough on my skin and does not irritate my sensitive skin at all. What I like most is that it is all natural ingredients - no parabens or pthalates or sodium laureth sulfate. The one drawback I've noticed is that even with 2 or more pumps of product, I feel that I have to wash my face twice to remove all of my makeup, even after using a makeup remover cloth, then the Rosehip cleanser with my Clarisonic. I may try the Brightening Cleanser after this. Maybe it's from years of using cleansers that are chock full of sulfates that I'm used to getting a "squeaky clean" feeling from the lather; however, I wish the product could go a little further in terms of cleansing. When I use 3-4 pumps along with an exfoliating pad, I get a nice lather and much deeper clean.

I was a dummy and didn't pay attention to either the name of this product nor the ingredients, and expected it to smell like roses. It doesn't. It smells fruity, but in a very plasticky, artificial way despite having no synthetic fragrance added. The texture is gloopy and stringy and in the shower in particular I find that when I dispense a few pumps into my hands it just slips right off and goes down the drain, even if I carefully cup my hands together and try to foam the gel before applying to my face (also: doesn't foam, acts like a cream cleanser even though it is a clear gel). The cleanser's performance is good - a tiny bit squaky clean when rinsed, which isn't ideal, but it doesn't feel drying. But won't repurchase for the reasons listed above.

This Cleanser has been amazing on my skin. I bought this after I received a sample of it in my Ipsy bag. I have really bad Rosacea on my forehead, and using Indie Lee has really help to clear it up. They have different cleansers on their website, and this (the Rosehip) actually aims to help clear up redness and Rosacea type symptoms. It also has a nice scent that isn't too strong, and the cleanser doesn't dry out your skin. I am thankful I have found this cleanser. It has really help, and I would recommend it to anyone who suffers with Rosacea of any redness.

I got a sample of this in an ipsy bag awhile back and I've been wanting to get more ever since. My skin tends to swing from oily to dry and back again depending on the season and this is the first cleanser that has ever worked for me. I absolutely love the fact that it doesn't make my skin oily or dried out. It doesn't have a harsh scent, and it especially does not smell like roses (thankfully). Amazing product!

This is not the amazing product I thought it'd be. It does smell nice, but is faint and not that noticeable. It's a bit more drying than the Neutrogena I used previously. I was expecting to be wowed. I'm finishing the bottle, but won't likely purchase again with so many other great options out there.

This is a very good product, I received a sample and wanted to buy the product. Good for oily skin, it makes my skin fresh & only need a small amount. My only issue is the box was opened & was torn off and I did not receive a discounted price for this product. I could have purchased directly from the company with a discount.
