How many pieces of pads comes in this

I don't know the exact number, but it is a lot- enough to last a year or more if you change them once a month, etc.

How do you replace the paper? The original ones won't come off and new ones won't stick over them.

Tips: To replace the paper, the original one can be torn off by heating with a hair dryer, then cleaned, wiped dry, and then replaced with a new one.

Where can i get additional refills?

I see the original replacement files are out of stock. I did find some from EagleKing that look like basically the same product. Found on Amazon. I do see that the fine file is black instead of tan.
