Customer service was very good.
Bought this for a hydronic heating project, first gauge was junk, indicator face plate was bent, the gauge leaked, poor quality control to say the least. Set up Amazon return and was sent a replacement gauge without returning the first one. Gauge was sent in a mailer envelope with no protective padding and I was leery of it working. Been holding pressure for two weeks so far so I guess it’s okay.

Device leaked…..
Used this device as an assembly to test 1-1/4 gas pipe. After the initial test failed due to pressure loss I soaped all connections. Found that the guage, schrader valve and 3/4 threads were leaking. Reworked all connections associated with the pressure gauge and was able to complete the test.

Remember to put the rubber ring into the connector
I saw my reviewer complain it's leaking. I think most likely they forgot to put the rubber ring into the connector as the rubber ring was packed separately. The tester actually seal pretty well, it took sometime to raise the pressure to your while pipe line so remember to get an electric air pumper or you'll feel it need forever to get to 30 psi.

Works as it was supposed to.
Used this to pressure test a 1/2 in copper pipe compressor water trap system. 52 sweated copper joints tested using this device. On initial assembly of adapters I had a small leak, not associated with this device, although the gauge did accurately reflect the leak down. Reassembled with no leaks. Device functioned as expected. Left pressurized over night with no issues.

gauge and intake valve leaked
I used this item to pressure test new construction Pex plumbing. The system would not maintain 60 psi pressure. After testing all connections with soapy water, I found that my crimps were all good, but this test gauge leaked in 2 places - where the valve screwed into the body of the tester and where the gauge screwed into the tester. After removing them and wrapping the threads with yellow tape designed for propane gas systems, the tester worked fine. Don't waste your time (and money) looking for leaks in the system until you check the tester for leaks.

Works well
this gague worked great, although it has 3/4 in female fitting. My gas line is 1/2 in, so I needed an adapter.

Make sure you check for leaks

Worked for me
I has to reduce my pipe to make this fit but that’s fine. It worked great for my gas line test though the inspected said I should have used a 30psi max gage he passed me so I’m happy
