NUWAVE Medley 16x12 inch X-Large Capacity 6-in-1 1500-watt Digital Skillet with Duralon Healthy Ceramic Non-Stick Coating

I ordered this after intense research. I am 99% satisfied with it.PROS: Size wise it is ideal. I can cook 3 full-size pork steaks side by side, 3# of bacon at a time, and even 3 dozen scrambled eggs with cheese, 8-5oz burgers without crowding;.I have used it for casseroles and so many things.I use it without oil or added fat or with coconut or EVOO. Either way, it works perfectly. It is not only the perfect size for my needs, it is also extra convenient. I can set the timer to cook things if I choose and it will automatically shut off when the food is done. After using it for baking cakes, pies, casseroles,cooking meats and veggies, I have used it more than 50 times, It still looks brand new and is unscratched. I read the instructions and it says no part is dishwasher safe so I don't even put the lid in the dishwasher. CONS: There are hot spots and spots that do not cook evenly. It would be nice if it had a "keep warm" setting but it doesn't. The coating probably will not last for years but none of the non-stick really do, no matter what they tell you.

The temperature control plug in has stopped working twice within a year of buying it. It's seems to get too hot next to the pan. The seller replace it both times but now the warranty is expiring and I expect it to stop working again within the next 6 months. Otherwise the skillet is working well for foods with sauces. I cooked Pancakes on it and noticed a slight mark on the bottom of the pan from where the heating element is. I would not recommend for cooking when part of the pan remains dry. I think the digital temperature control takes longer to find the correct temperature than a traditional dial does.

Just received this today / Very eloquent design with a good footprint for a larger skillet / Got off this morning ( I work nights) plugged it in & added 3 quarts of water to see how quickly it would heat up & how evenly it would cook / The water was at a rolling boil in 3.17 minutes / The non stick surface seems to perform really well / When I tilted the skillet to one side to allow the water to not make contact with the skillet bottom it was immediately dry to the touch / With the boiling water test you can clearly see the “M” shaped burner which would indicate hotter temperatures over the heating coil however that is always to be expected / As for the bad reviews maybe you expected a Ferrari on a Chevrolet budget 😎

I am a long time homemaker (40+ years!!) and I have nearly EVERY small kitchen appliance imaginable----and I can honestly say that THIS SKILLET is my all time favorite ever LITERALLY *EVER* in my many years of cooking!! The clean up is A+....the size is A+....the looks are A+ and the lid is A+ TOO!! I would love to have a dozen of this same skillet so I could be sure to NEVER be without it....I sincerely LOVE IT THAT MUCH!!!!!!!

I thought this skillet would have more even cooking because of the position of the heat element, it does not. Disappointed. I do like that it is much lighter in weight than my other skillet so it's easier to wash. It's not really non-stick either. The timer automatically is set for half an hour, so if you forget to adjust it the skillet turns off. It'll work for now.

I really like the pan. I also like the fact that there is a timer. The one thing I don't care for is I am not sure if you can turn off the pan until the timer runs down. Will check directions again, but so far, I can't get it to turn off.

I love nuwave products. I bought this one but its a little big . I am going to order the smaller one . I don't understand why the smaller one costs so much more than the bigger one . I have no trouble with anything sticking . You should always wait and let the skillet heat up before using it. When the temp. stops blinking it is hot enough.

I used this to make a favorite chicken dish. Turned out great. Could cook it all at same time. It’s a large electric skillet. Even temp all the way thru.
