I had to charge the battery before I could use my cordless vacuum. Works like a new vacuum.

It’s a 8 year old vacuum that works great. The battery needs periodic replacement. This met the need perfectly.

First of all.....I LOVE my SHARK NAVIGATOR and when the original battery would no longer hold a charge, I was VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. THANK YOU AMAZON for carrying a replacement battery!! I received the fully charged battery, popped it in and the Navigator and I were on our way. I hope to get many years from the battery.

This battery is just what I wanted. I think it is better that the one from Shark. The shark battery did not let the vacuum operate until the battery was fully charged. This battery lets the vacuum run with a partial charge which is great if I need to touch up a spot later but the vacuum has not yet fully charged after the last use.

It's August and it's not working. Only runs about 30 seconds and is dead. I hope they'll replace it!Works on Navigator and hope it lasts as long as the original. Love this little vacuum.

The original battery in my Shark lasted 3 years and I could vacuum the whole house before it died. Roughly a year ago I replaced the original battery with this one. I couldn’t vacuum the whole house on a single charge and after a year it totally died. Thinking maybe I got a dud, I ordered it again. It won’t hold a charge long enough to do the whole house and I won’t be shocked if it dies within 12-16 months. Of course that’s speculation but the fact remains it’s not as good as the original Shark battery. Next time I would try to but direct from Shark.

Came quicker than expected. Works great. Much better than buying a new vacuum!!
