Kalamera Wine Fridge, 24 Bottles Wine Cooler Fridge with Stainless Steel Glass Door, 68L, KRC-24SS [Energy Class G]

My first Kalamera was a smaller one I got back in 2016. When something went wrong with it years after, the team at Kalamera immediately sent part, all the help and followed-up thereafter. Service was so good that, I got another Kalamera wine fridge as my collection was expanding and I was very happy with the initial product and service. I must say, the second was even a better one.Then, time came to get a third one. I must admit, at first I went to another brand as the Kalamera I wanted was out of stock. By the way, all throughout my third wine fridge search, Kalamera sales team answered all my questions, gave me unbiased information and was at no point pushy. That 'other' fridge was a complete flop; the fridge temperature had nothing to do with actual temperature. So I returned the item and as soon as this fridge was available, purchased Kalamera again.As for the fridge: It is a good design and the most important thing is that the temperature you set is the actual temperature in the fridge with only -+0.5 variance. I tested the temperature with two different devices in different spots and it is even throughout. As with other Kalamera products, easy to set up and run. Yes, because it is compressor tech, it is slightly noisy if you are right next to it. But, one who sits next to it, and two, it runs for minimal time in ambient conditions.All in all, I would recommend the product. More importantly, the company as it is rare to see such dedicated team who is attentive to the consumers' needs.

Does what it says and is just the physical size I needed. I had been looking at much more expensive Wine Coolers for the appearance, but they were all too tall (for me), ugly or didn't cool down to 5c (yep many only go to 8c). This does the job and is way cheaper too. I know wine should not be drunk at 5c, but by the time it its the glass it'll be the right temperature.It is quiet enough, however it is a compressor system and not thermo-electric, so it will make a "fridge noise" when it is cooling. Once it is at the correct temperature it then goes silent again. Simple to use and looks great.Champagne bottles will fit, but will limit the shelf to 3 bottles instead of 4 as you would expect.

Noisy when compressor is on

The item was fine initially, a bit noisy but apart form that good, the the temp starting fluctuating from the desired 5 degrees. Recently the temp gauge stopped working altogether and inn hot weather the temp went up to 11 degrees. I contacted Amazon support and they told me : "you've had satisfactory use of this product for a period of time exceeding both the manufacturer's warranty period and the typical average life of this product," This was 2.5 years ! So beware they are saying that the average life is just over 2 years !From an environmental and value perspective this is terrible - All in all a very poor product

Chills down quite quickly and seems to keep wine cool. Only been filled a couple of days so hard to confirm. Motor very quiet don't really hear it at all. Nice bright light to see bottles. Only down side is racking seems very lightweight and feels a little flimsy.

Received this and the door is wonky. Although the rubber seal covers the frame of the fridge, the door frame is noticeable off!! I mean, you would think production would have noticed this defect and taken off the production. Haven't used it yet but i came with a sign saying 'there may be an odour when first using the appliance but this should go after a while'...What smell!!! Is it a hazard!! I will be watching out for the problems this wine bottle cooler fridge and reporting back to you as potential customers should be fully aware of the risk and hazards posed with should a purchase. Watch this space....

Compact. Smaller than I thought. Easy to assemble and keeps the drinks cold!!
