easy to fit hard drive

I got this without the hard drive.....easy to fit hard drive...liked it because of the inbuild screen.the one i got didn't have a uk plug on it..so had to change that..phone app is good so is pc software...Problems i found with it...960H record setting doesnt work very well or not at all..could be my cameras as there not Annke models as told by support but thought they should as they are 960H..D1 seems okay and other setting encode recording..also if you connect up a audio mic to a channel..The playback on the machine is fine..but out of sync when played back after backing up on to usb drive..the file format is AVI.I have asked for a updated filmware from support they havnt got any..There also speakers on system which you can hear a sound when you switch it on..which i find strange it cant be used to listen to audio.You need to connect to external speakers..not tried using IP cameras with system yet so cant comment.The screen monitor is good on system..On the whole the system is a nice idea with DVR/NVR screen compo but let down by AVI and 960H problems..
