As advertised, and personally I find this to be an effective supplement, but encourage others to judge for themselves as I think that results vary from person to person.

Lately, I had difficulty sleeping at night and a little constipated, but since I started taking this, it easier for me to poop and my sleeping habit has improved. I just take 2 caps everyday since when I took 4 caps at first I had a diarrhea. And one of the side effect of it is diarrhea if you take magnesium more than the amount needed. But taking 2 caps every day is fine with me so I think that how much my body needs for magnesium

I bought this because someone recommended to take magnesium glycinate if you're going to do a lot of walking. Will definitely add more to this review after the PoGo Fest that I'll be attending. So far, my feet are not as tired as I expected it to be.
