I ordered a Dell Power Supply & was having it sent to my house but after I ordered it from a recommended company (not Dell) I decided to call Dell back being the computer has had this problem as per websites & the technician from Dell told me the part & labor was under warranty. I immediately contacted the company to let them know this & to STOP shipment from being processed. I am NOT satisfied that I ONLY received the part refund but had to pay shipping costs although they had notice not to send it. This is why I do not like to deal with buying things online I think it's unfair to charge customers shipping if the product is damaged,or person said NOT to deliver (as I did)or the item is not what you thought it was..If I am returning it I expect a FULL REFUND. I paid about 1/2 the cost of the item in shipping fees therefore I avoid to shop online.

The product never was real quiet, but several months ago, it got very loud and I was concerned that it would go. Since Dell decided they couldn't or wouldn't tell me the version of the power supply, I thought it best while I spend several months getting the parts for my next one, to get a replacement. But this is just as noisy as the other one, upon startup, but the noise disappears after a couple of minutes like the original one. Maybe I should have tried the Corsair 460 watt builder series backward compatible version 2.01 along with an adapter. Then some Dell Power supplies are proprietary and some aren't. So I'll have to take the good with the bad and if this goes, I still have the old one.

I had an out of warranty Dell GX620 have a dead PS, and this was reasonably priced and worked as expected. No issues with the PS after it was installed, and is still working after a couple of years of use.

Very quiet, works great until the Motherboard died in some very hot weather.I had a cheap used but good back-up Slim-case, but its Power supply died,so I run it like a "chopper" with no cover & have this bigger one attached fromoutside the case. Its a bit more-powered but that's always O.K. - still quiet &perfect for its "adopted" other model computer (both Dell with same connections).

I used this power supply to replace a dead one in a Dell Optiplex GX260 (Model #M8805).The power supply came packaged perfectly and there was no product damage.It was easy to install (did not come with any sort of instructions etc.) and the CPU was back up and running like new within minutes.Shipping was fast as well. I would suggest this item and seller for anyone in need of this part.

Hooked up the power unit, but the computer will still not come on completely. At least now I'm getting some lights and noise. Product has at least provided the power to the computer.

This power supply works well. Installation was a bit tricky since the mounting holes and power connection did not line up perfectly.

Worked great. Only drawback was I had to buy a separate Molex to Sata adapter before i could use this on my Dell pc.

Very quick shipping and well packaged. Working well so far.
