I really like this phone seems like it is made really good, I do not have AT&T as my sever I have devote30 for $30 a month unlimited and taxing ,and this phone works grate ,it is a perfect size phone not to big or to small, I like that fact that I can go to another server and use it as long as they take AT&T phones ,,I can here nice and clear,,I just like this red color ,its charges real fast and the battery lasted all day and that evening I was on the phone for over five hours calling everyone and giving out my new number before the battery went dead it did beep to let me know the battery was low, I have no regrets getting this phone thinking of getting another one just so I have it for the future,, in case I brake or lose this one,,I really like the different headset plug in its different then most it's long and flat plug but seems that it will not ware out like the other ones do,,you do need to order the right head sets for AT&T samsung a777,witch Amazon has at a cheep price, witch I did and it works grate or you can buy the adapter,witch I also did so I could use my more expensive head sets on it as well,I also bought the case for this phone and it is well wroth it,. it will protect this phone and glad I got it ,it was only $1.49 on Amazon all leather and fits perfect this is to nice of a phone not to want to keep it protected, from damage,,if you want a nice basic cell phone and music player then this is the phone,,

The phone works. But it is dominated by AT&T stuff. I don't use AT&T because it's not available locally. I thought the phone would be marked with AT&T and have a few AT&T things perhaps. But all the major functions are limited to AT&T... All of them. Even the email works only for AT&T. I have to handle my email carefully. The phone should not be sold to anyone not using AT&T. And the technology is weak. The recharge plug is awkward to use, and confused with another, similar input. And the phone frequently goes to a white screen until you remove the battery for a few seconds. Again, awkward. Would not recommend for anyone not using AT&T, and caution those who do use that carrier.

The phone lacks the ability to hold a charge. After charging all night, I have to charge it at noon time and as soon as I arrive at home in the evening. I have had three of the very same models and my partner uses the same model. This is the first time I have had a problem with maintaining battery power and my partner does not have the power issue with the same model. I have returned the phone and the replacement had the same battery issue. It costs to much to keep returning the phone when all I wanted was a basic phone which I could use for phone calls. I will just write this one off and look for a replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS CELL PHONE FOR ANY REASON!

I originally bought a Samsung Galaxy 2 for my wife with all the bells and whistles and $25 data plan. For the last 6 months of owning the Galaxy, my wife used a total of zero data. She just wants a phone to call people, not use it to look up Facebook. So, we bought this phone and got rid of the data plan. It's only been a few weeks, but the phone has been working great and the call quality is superb. It was easy to set up as the only thing we did was take out the sim card from the Galaxy and put it into the A777. That was it and the phone recognized the sim card right away.

I thought the cost of the phone could be cheaper, based upon some features that are not working properly. When an item is advertised it should state the true condition that it's in, but at least the phone lasted beyond one day. The last phone i purchased only lasted one day.

I've had this model phone for 3.5 yrs,finally the screen went,all squiggly lines so i cant access any features,cant text,cant see contacts.Recently dropped the insurance but I like this phone so much i just bought a replacement here on Amazon.If u want a good basic phone,i'd def.recommend this one.

Phone delivered fast in new box. Comes with the MicroSD charger. Nice durable phone with large lite keys making for easy text or calls. Ringtone limited to 300kb. Maximum memory is 8Gb and does not come with memory card. Over good experience. This was a gift and was giftee was very happy with the phone.The bad reviews seemed to from people that have to have the latest gizmo. Spoiled?
