Star Wars Darth Maul Adult Latex Mask,Black,One Size

I purchased this mask over a year ago to use during our library Star Wars Day events we hold once a year. It has now made two appearances and has been a huge hit. It is realistic and scary enough that many small kids are afraid to come near, and accurate enough for adult fans to ask for a picture with the cosplayer.It is, of course, hot like you would expect from any full head mask. The eye holes and breathing holes are placed and sized fine, just plan to take the occasional break with it off if you will be wearing it for an extended time.The colors are great and the horns are sturdy. The mask has held its shape well. When not in use, I keep in on a bookshelf on a foam head. I don't want to risk damaging it, although it is a sturdy material.The sizing is what we expected from an adult size mask. It is worn by my son, a 6 foot teenager, and fits him just fine. The neck flap is long enough that it can tuck into the neck of your shirt.This purchase was a great choice, perfect for Halloween or any other time you want to embrace your dark side!

I bought this to wear with the Super Deluxe Adult Darth Maul Costume because the mask it came with was pretty cheesy.I also bought the Star Wars Deluxe Hooded Sith Robe, Rubies double light saber and a pair of gauntlets to complete the costume. I have to admit I looked pretty darn good :)Now the down side of the mask. It was very hot and hard for me to breath in it so I put it on to take pictures and left it off the rest of the night. It was little big for me so lining it up with my nose and getting it to stay there was pretty hard but once I did I could breath a little easier so it may not be as bad for someone it actually fits. Another post mentions that it doesn't come with the neck flaps but it does and I tucked them under my shirt to hold the mask in place.

I wore this to Disneyland along with my Darth Maul outfit and I got nothing but compliments. I had several people walk up to me and ask if it was a mask or makeup because they couldn't tell even when looking at it. Great look. The only issues are the eye slits are very small and I will be modifying them, and I will be making the nostril holes bigger so more air can get out when breathing. It gets very warm, but most masks do the same. I will also be adding a Velcro strap to the back so it closes, if those issues were already corrected it would be 5 stars.

Fast delivery. Well worth the money. Good quality. A little big but I simply cut the opening more and put some Velcro along the seams to make it snug.

The mask looks and feels great and it is well made. It is a bit hard to breath with the mask on, but I guess that is the problem with most masks, not just this one. For the money this is a great purchase and I would recommend this mask to anyone who wants to have a nasty Darth Maul face. I often use it to scare my little nephews, they cry and run like hell from me.

I got this on short notice for a specific event so it was for an adult what I needed so I gave it a shot. Overall it was a little expensive for the quality but most of all the thing would not slide over my big head so I sent it back. I just think for the money it could have been a little better as well as a better size variance (tie strings, etc.) for optimal fit.

Mask was very hot and fake looking, I painted my face and it came out much better. The mask does serve as a good template for painting. But other than that it was useless.

Looked great but too large and very difficult to see out of. I basically wore it for pictures and then kept it on a shelf the whole night.

Excellent quality. The mask looks amazing.UPDATE: Second year with this mask. I stored the mask in a paper bag with a little talc dusted into the mask. There were no issues at all. The mask was perfect. I'm very happy with the quality of this mask! Boosted to 5 stars!
