Samsung QN82Q6FNA 82" Q6FN QLED Smart 4K UHD TV with Microsoft Xbox One X 1TB Console Bundle

Okay, so I knew I was getting an 82" TV, and I knew it was bigger than my 65". But, when I saw it on my wall I was still shocked, like mouth on the floor speechless shocked. It is bigger than you think, believe me. It feels like sitting in a movie theater, but I think the picture is better.Okay, about the TV. This is the high end Samsung QLED screen. I don't see any difference in the 8-series with local dimming, honestly, they both look almost identical to me, so I didn't pay for it. This is the best picture I have ever seen. You turn on the TV, and in 2 seconds the picture is up and going, literally 2 seconds. The next time you press power on your TV count how long it takes, 10? 15? 20 seconds? Then you will see how weird it is to have it come up this fast.The on-board apps are cool, and with audio return channel, I found that I use them more than my Apple TV. But, when I want 4K I use the AppleTV, and have to say the picture blows my mind. You'd think at 82" you would still see pixels, but you don't. I don't really see why you would need better than 4K HDR, it is already as clear as reality, to my eyes.The remote looks too simple, at first. Then, you realize the TV does it all for you, and you don't need it. You turn on your Apple TV and the TV turns itself on to that input. It learns the remotes for other devices, without asking you to do anything? I am not sure how that worked. I have a Yamaha stereo, and it works flawless in 4K UHD.Oh, one more thing. The bezel really doesn't exist. On an 82" TV there is like 1/4" border around the screen, otherwise its all screen. It is the coolest looking TV I have ever seen. I absolutely love this thing. Plus, I got an XBOX ONE X for my kids for Xmas as a package, so I am a happy guy!CONS: I can't call it a real con, but the TV weighs 120lbs. I thought with how skinny it was compared to my 65"that they would be comparable. But, they are not. My 65" is like 30lbs, max. This TV is literally 120lbs. Plus, you will see it is MASSIVE, so you need 2-3 people to hang it, and a SERIOUS wall mount. But, get a flush mount and this TV looks like a piece of art.

TV picture in any light is beautiful. The TV works great...the only issue was the setup had to be done 3 times with the last one being a full reset which then allowed the setup to be done from the beginning (something the 2 previous setups never saw as the TV was trying to do something else). The Tech support call for the last reset was actually not bad at all. Had a beer ready for what was usually a very long repeat yourself a hundred times painful call but was surprised the guy listened and had it fixed with a back end work around under 10 minutes.The remote is nice and really like a lot of the useless buttons being removed. Only issue is it has lost sync with the TV twice. Easy to fix, just annoying.

Upon opening box there was a big crack on the screen. After many and multiple phone calls to Amazon CS and Beach camera, neither one of them would take responsibility for this expensive Item. Not only they didn't want to admit to it but blame it on one another.Lastly I recurred to Samsung directly, and of course the cost of fixing this TV is more expensive than the actual TV and not covered by their warranty,What is completely unacceptable and discouraging is that Amazon, as is the biggest and more powerful Company on Earth would not recognize this and practically told me "Is not our problem"More definitely i will never buy any type of electronics, and whoever is reading this long review, shouldn't either.

Got this 82" TV as a Christmas present to myself. For my money, it's great. I used it to replace a 65" Samsung that is now in my spare bedroom. Have 4 TVs and they are all Samsung. I've never had any problems with the brand, so I'll stick with it. Played a BluRay version of Avatar when I first got it and WOW! the colors are unbelievable. The definition allowed you to count individual hairs. QLED it the way to go. Looking forward to getting High Speed internet. (Association is upgrading to a fiber optic network and I'll soon have 150 mgbs as opposed to the 5 that I sometimes get now - or less.)

I only have good words to say about this tv. Picture is breath takingly beautiful and 4K films are simply stunning. We watched planet earth on Netflix and it felt like we were actually there 😍It was a complete bonus that an Xbox one x was thrown in as we game and the enhanced games are just amazing. I recommend this tv over and over, you will not be disappointed.My husband bought it as a present to himself but I have taken over it 😋Only thing that’s a little finicky is the remote.. it’s a little complicated but doable. The ambience feature is pretty nice and makes the tv look like a piece of art when not in use

I would add another star on picture quality if I didn’t have to go through support to control some of the adjustments. I’m a very technical person and want that control myself.

Samsung has locked out the ability to control this TV with any app other than their kludgy Smart Things app. Add that to an already dismal user interface, and you have one of the DUMBEST TVs I have ever used.

TV is breath takingly beautiful. Easy to assemble legs. Easy set up. Highly recommend.
