Superb product. Get the polythene / plastic clean & dry before use. Having said that you can also 'float' this stuff into place after the cleaning and preparatory taping the other side with masking tape to position the join line. Then spray on to the polytunnel a generous coating of water with a drop or two of fairy liquid in, this will enable the piece of tape you've got cut ready to be 'floated' into position, then if you've got an accomplice holding something like hardboard to support it on the other side you can squeege out the water and the patch will be perfectly positioned and seal well with no wrinkles. Lasts really well.

i used this at the end of my poly tunnel where the pole had popped through i made sure the area was dry beforehand but it seems to of come away again not sure if the sun made the sticky melt or what happened, i think it was a difficult area to stick to be honest, maybe if it was the side that had ripped it would of stuck better

Seemed promising. Much of it unstuck at the first rain, or once the polytunnel became humid.

So far it seems to work but only been applied for a week so time will tell.

Liked that it is extra sticky and great adhesion onto polycarbonate sheets, fitted into greenhouse.
