like many supplements, coQ10 taken on faith versus evidence, but Swanson I do trust for quality.

Supplements don't usually have immediate effect, so it's impossible to really know if this is working, at least this soon, but I can say that I have no complaints about the product so far. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that there is no way to know yet if it's working.

I have used this for several months. I take cholesterol medication. This seems to help. I don't have pain or cramps in my legs anymore.
