Happy with these shoes...
The GT-2000 series, for the last couple versions (4,5) seems to be back to the quality it was back in the day of the GT-20xx versions. It is one of a few quality narrow "B" size running shoes available so I am happy that it fits and feels good when running. I marked it "Fit as Expected" because I know it runs small in my experience. I am size 12 for most shoes, these ASICS are always size 13 to fit correctly...so "Fit as Expected" in this case means "expect" a size up for me...clear as mud, huh!

Best Asics GT-2000 yet
This is my third or fourth pair of Asics gt-2000 size 13B. They are one of very few shoes that fit narrow feet. Also, Asics is very consistent in size so you can keep ordering the same size of the same model and know they'll fit. My last shoes were GT 2000 3 and Asics has improved the fit, the materials, the construction, and the styling over the earlier shoe. The fit is more like a size B in width where the earlier shoe is closer to a C although labeled B. I'm very happy with the new 2000-5.

Happy with these, mild runner and lots of walking
I use only Asics and these are more padded than older ones I have. No issues with durability, and they are comfortable

Bought the ASICS to replace a pair of New Balance shoes. So far so good. The ASICS feel a tad small but will see how they feel after a few weeks of use once they get broken in and stretched out. RECOMMENDED

After and 50 miles into using them, I started ...
After and 50 miles into using them, I started to get blisters in my heal. The top part of the heal of the shoe, started to wear. The plastic bit came exposed. A colleague of mine is having the same issue.

Variable Width
Have been a long time Asics fan but what I like is the narrow width. Shoe comfortable like all of them.

Best Shoes I've Owned
I love this shoe. I have flat feet and my doctor recommended these shoes. I buy them twice a year as mine start to wear after about 5 months of wearing them every day.
