This faucet is nice. It comes packaged well and looks like it should cost more then it does. Everything is laid out in the packaging and there are instructions for installing it yourself.Deciding factors for me to purchase:1. The pipes for hot and cold water are metal, not plastic which I like.2. The faucet head has a weight clamped under the sink instead of a magnet in the head so it works consistently and there's no worry about whether it'll stop at some point.3. The price is great.Would I recommend it? YesI've had this faucet since September 2018 (about 6 months) and it still looks great. It's easy to clean and the ability to change the spray function is simple and all I need. There's a switch that allows you to change the spray option and I can use either spray option with the faucet and when using the handheld.ConsThe only con I have with this faucet is that at installation, there were three washers included but the instructions were not clear about where to put which one. This slowed us down about 30 minutes. The instructions could have been clearer.

- 4 stars because it solved all our problems (old faucet was broken, leaking, flimsy, etc.). This one isn't the old one.- Mostly easy to install. Only issue was getting the hose-weight apart to clamp it back on when finished.- Reason for deducting 1 star is the hose weight issue. The hose, as advertised, is long enough. But if you don't install the weight, then the head of the faucet will not stay tucked up in the curved pipe portions, very well. SO, if you want the hose to be retracted all the way, then you have to clamp the hose on the 'falling' side under the sink. However, now you just greatly shortened the length of the hose because the weight prevents it from being pulled up but about 8 inches or so.Overall - love the design - just wished we could figure out a better way to manage hose staying in faucet without the weight being in the way.

The media could not be loaded.  Update to previous review-UFaucet sent us a second faucet to try to remedy the problem. However we are still unable to get the same amount of water pressure as our old faucet. UFaucet did refund our money. I updated my star rating based on their great customer service. The quality of faucet is great, it just wasn’t good for us. I do recommend buying their products and if you are not satisfied, they will work with you for a resolution.Since installing this faucet, we do not have hot water pressure. My husband has made sure the lines were clear and the hot water is completely on. We will be looking for another faucet.

Overall the faucet is a good value. It looks great and the water comes out with force. I deducted a star because the spray setting drips for a few seconds after you turn it off as the hose drains. When using it on stream, there is no drip. This is not a big deal for me, but felt it should be mentioned.The spray head is angled, which is fine for me, but if you have a smaller sink, you may want to measure as follows:Spray head - 10" from holeWater on stream hits sink 15" from holeWater on spray hits sink 19" from holeIf these dimensions don't work for you, you need to look for the straight down spray head.

Faucet looks great although I little too big for my sink. I didn't consider how a far out it arcs so the spout is towards to front side of the sink. Still not bad but something to consider, you have to have a deeper sink if you want it more centered. The faucet was very easy to install but a little warning. If you are going to use the 1/2 adapter that comes with the kit, don't! It is very cheap material, leaks because it strips easily. I had to purchase a better one from the local Home Depot. I can't say much for durability as i just installed it this past weekend.

This product looks and works just fine--so far. The reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is probably not the fault of the product but of the very tight spaces under the kitchen sink. Installing behind an existing kitchen sink is tough--at least in my case. Lots of patience, perseverance and maybe even some +*##. But once reached, the fittings are tight and waterproof. The weight is a bit touchy in opening and closing but ultimately does the job.

We had to replace a 10 yr old faucet that was originally over $245 and we didn't want to pay that much again. When I saw this faucet which looked almost the same we decided to give it a try. I'm impressed. The faucet is beautiful. The only issue we had was when we'd shut the faucet off it dripped for a minute or two. Customer service was excellent and told us exactly what to do. We haven't had any issues whatsoever after that. Good water pressure, great looks, excellent customer service and warranty. Excellent product and so glad we purchased it.

I am amazed at how nice this faucet is for the price. Sturdy, nice looking and the water flow is perfact, which means the spray doesn't backlash me in the face. The only problem is no direction on where to put the third rubber gasket. My engineer son even said that part needed elaborating. Needless to say after trial and error I was able to install it correctly and absolutely love it!
