I love this pan! I have a few other ceramic coated pans from expensive brands but I prefer this one. It heats up evenly and is so easy to clean. No scratches so far but we have only been using it for a few weeks. Highly recommend.

So far I am completely pleased with this pan. Nothing has stuck to it; it wipes clean easily. It won't warp. Feels good in the hand. I'd buy other products in the line.

Really good grill pan. Buy a silicon holder for the handle. Gets warm to hot.

This is absolutely the best grill pan I've ever owned. I've had several pans over the years, but always dreaded using them because of the extremely difficult clean up. Not this pan! I can literally rinse all the debris off of it under the faucet. I also use metal utensils on it. The blue diamonds keep right on sparkling!

After having great results with the Copper Chef pans which I still use and love, I thought I'd try the Blue Diamond Grill pan, since I don't have a pan with grill lines on the bottom. This would be used for grilling steaks and chops. So I used it once, cleaned it and it seemed fine, food came out great. But then I cooked a steak a second time and when I washed the pot noticed a chip in the bottom of the pan! This is unacceptable. It's supposed to be a very durable pan that you can even use metal utensils on. And I didn't even use a metal utensil, and still the pan chipped. I attached pictures to show you. This is a small chip, but still, it shouldn't chip! Do not buy this pan. Let's hope Copper Chef comes out with a grill pan. I'm sure I'm not the only one seeing this terrible quality problem with this Blue Diamond pan product. Very Sad!

I have cooked so many great steaks on this pan I can’t tell you I love it cleans up easy

This product is ok. The non stick quality is good but the design for usage needs improvement.Firstable, there is NO LID!!Second, the handle is metal and heat up. I realize this is for people to put food inside the oven, but I wish they design something that's removable as not all of use use oven so much. That said, I made my own handle wrapper and it works well.

I purchased 3 of the Blue Diamond skillets. 1 for me and 2 for Christmas gifts. I love mine and both of the families that I gifted them to rave about these skillets. You can't go wrong with it. Works on glass top stove great. KPK

It does not seem to be non stick. It is quite sticky actually!!
