Paleo: Paleo Diet for Beginners gives you the information you need to get started eating caveman style, where you're one with nature, and all the healthy wholesome foods that come with it.The writing itself in this book has some syntax errors, which for me distracted me a little from what the author was really trying to say, but not enough to take over. This guide is full of fantabulous recipes that are original and easy to follow.The author does a nice job making sure you understand the history behind this diet, and how it will benefit you and your good health.The information you need to get started is right here. I recommend you read this book and let the author know what you gained- nice job! If

Delicious Recipes for the Modern Caveman!
I was delighted to get this book and read about the paleo diet. This diet was news to me, but it makes a great deal of sense, that is, if you want to be lean and mean (strong). By separating what to eat and what to avoid, it comes down to a simple formula. But now, the real nuts and bolts of the book kicks in -- recipes! Who would have thought to put horseradish and eggs together? Or, cinnamon, honey and coconut meat together? Zucchini for breakfast sounds like an odd combination, but I think I'll try it. I'm very glad chocolate was not left out.The book is well-written and full of good information. Recommended for those who do not mind eating meat, or anyone else who wants to understand the theory behind this new craze.

Tasty recipes whether you are doing palo or not. I would recommend this book for the recipes. Makes me hungry just thinking about it.

Keep It Simple
Sarah Joy leads the reader through the steps to transition from bad eating to paleo eating. She keeps it simple, non-threatening, and easy to do; it is a do-able do! I think I can do this paleo plan!

THIS BOOK HAS AMAZING RECIPES !!
this is a great little introduction to the paleo diet. Tons of useful information for getting started. If you're just getting into the paleo lifestyle and you want a full rundown of what it's all about, this is the book for you.. This book goes into great detail with each recipe. I loved how simple and effective it is to live a "Paleo Life".

Everything That Non-Paleo People Need to Know!
From breakfast to dinner and snacks included, the Paleo Diet for Beginners has exactly what I was looking for. Simply recipes to live a Paleo lifestyle. The book tells you what to avoid, what you can eat and even has dessert recipes.Kudos Sarah Joy for writing what is now my most favorite Paleo recipe book! Can't wait to read more.

Poorly proofed,printed copy of an ebook
A very slim, poorly proofed printed copy of an ebook. It is only 42 pages, and that includes the Intro page, the "thank you for buying this book" page and the "join my e-book group" page.. All in very large type. "What to Avoid" takes up a page, as does "What you can eat". There are only about 30 recipes, a handful each for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. There are a handful of free Paleo recipe apps that offer more info, you may wish to check those out for more recipes.

Delicious AND healthy in one package!
I've tried 4 of the recipes so far and they have been ablsolutely delicious! I find that even if you aren't in specific need of a paloe diet, the recipes in these books are way better than most others. It must be the ingredients? My favorite so far is the Beef & Veg Chili, it was so good...

Great Paleo recipes to get you started on your Paleo journey
As a keen foodie I like to eat healthily and the Paleo diet just makes sense. This book describes what you should and shouldn't eat on this diet and the recipes are great.I particularly like the Chorizo and Scrambled Egg Breakfast Tacos, Persian-Inspired Dried Lime Chicken and the Dark Chocolate Fudge Pops, and I am a little intrigued by the Paleo Chocolate Lasagna!All in all a great recipe book to start you on your Paleo journey.

Definitely lives up to its title. For beginners- who don't have a clue about food. Purchased as a free ebook so not awful, but glad it was free.

Bingo, the Perfect Beginners Guide
I was so new to the whole idea of Paleo when I got this book. I was kind of just hoping it would explain everything that everyone was going crazy over. It did that and more. It helped me change my life completely. Not only do I have more energy, but the food in this book is the bomb. I was worried the recipes would be bland, but boy was I wrong.
