Need help.
Back breaks get stock after pressing it. It frequently does not stay in the shift that I wanted and jumps when I’m riding it it feels very dangerous. I like to know that there a place that I can bring the bike to get it fixed. It’s not working properly.

Still had to fix out of the box
Had an issue with the front tire and customer service was quick to fix the issue

Several bad components
Handlebar and body was scratched and damaged. Rubber grip on bars wasn’t glued on at all. A bolt completely broke when I was trying to adjust breaks. The front tire won’t hold any air after one ride. I’ve only had the bike for a day and already regret the purchase severely and unfortunately I already through the box away. Please don’t buy unless you’ve got a glue gun are okay with a damaged item and want to invest in fixing a tire.

Great customer service
This bike broke in the first two minutes of using it. The return is a very annoying process. It's not the usual drop off at Whole Foods or UPS. They give a bad product and then make it difficult to return. Do not recommend at all.Edit: The customer service is excellent. They immediately worked with me and I'm very happy with the outcome.
