Lord Krishna idol with exquisite details
This was a delightful experience for me to own this beautiful Lord Krishna idol. Idol came in a double layer packing inside and excellent outer layer cardboard with multi-layer foil wraps. When opened Idol was intact and received in excellent condition. I had requested for an expediate shipping (Ordered on Aug 8; received in US on Aug 16) to US when I ordered the item; not sure whether any additional preferences were given because of the shipping instructions.Most of the idols I had seen and experienced, had challenges about the beauty of the face; but this one was exceptional in quality; yes, I agree it was heavy around 16 kgs and 30 inches in height. I would highly recommend this product with a 5 star rating given its beauty, details and multi-color. In addition to the overall product quality, I want to highlight the liveliness on the idol's eyes complimented well with a slight smile. It looks real. Indeed a happy customer.

Excellent work of art and amazing delivery
I ordered the statue on the Saturday night 8/8/2020, and it was delivered to me on the Wednesday evening on 8/12/2020. Although amazon/seller stated 4-6 weeks delivery time with a range from Sept 2nd - 24th , it was delivered to me in 3 days. It has to be a world record for such an expedited delivery (via DHL) from Agra (New Delhi region)/India to USA in just 3 calendar days!!!The statue matches exactly to what is shown by seller. The craftsmanship of the artisans is outstanding and very beautiful in every part of the Lord Krishna statue. The carvings, details, and coloring are all very attractive and the statue feels very divine.The quality of packing was very firm and solid, and I highly recommend this statue from this seller.

The idol came with a broken chip.
Overall, the idol is good, but the garland has a major chip and looks broken. The colors are also not exactly as they are depicted in the image.
