Junk,,you have keep twisting the bottom that makes the smoothie,,I twist to lift,twist to right,,all the time it leaks milk ,,it takes about 8 minutes to start,but sometimes it does not start at all,,junk

One piece of equipment to do the job.

Received this as a christmas gift and just had the opportunity to use it yesterday. So first of all no directions so you think ok pretty self explanatory- put stuff in tighten lid set on blender go to lock and press button and presto blending. No, you actually go the opposite way from lock to get the blender to work. It is very touchy being in the correct position for the blender to actually activate. Not great for a quick get ready in the morning. Color is pretty and matches decor but if we could go back we would definitely buy a different one. Makes me wonder how the hand mixer is going to work (got matching set).

Getting the blender to turn on is a hassle and the directions aren’t quite right. I had to do the exact opposite of what they said. The blender blends soft things well but doesn’t do so well with sturdier food items so definitely doesn’t do well with frozens. I guess you get for what you pay for.
