Nice story. Unable to record.

Book was damaged when it arrived. Sticky residue on cover (like from a price tag) and spine was bent up. I thought it would be a story but it just spells out the word grandpa within the pages.

Had my son and daughter )6 & 9 years old ) record this book and give it to Grandpa as a Christmas gift. He lives far away and can now listen to their voices whenever he wants!

This book is from the grandchild to the grandpa, wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I bought it! I bought it for my husband to record for our grandsons. I am returning the book for that reason.

The book is cute but meant for younger kids. I purchased it for my 31/2 yr grandson and think it's a little young for him. There is no story but is for learning the alphabet.

I bought this for my husband to give and record for our grandson. But after receiving it, see that it is really meant for the grandson to record for his grandfather, and since our grandson is only 1 year old....it won't work! We kept it though and will give it to him when he's older and can actually record his voice for us!

The way the description was I thought this was a book for a grandpa to read and record for a grandchild and it is in fact the opposite. A little disappointed as this was a Christmas gift and was not able to give.

I'm very disappointed. This was going to be a Christmas gift to my father from my kids. The book is broken. I opened the battery compartment, thinking maybe the batteries just needed replacing, and the batteries are corroded and smells of battery acid. I couldn't even get them out safely.

Very few words not great.
