Quality far greater than its price point

First I'm going to say, this isn't a terrible power supply, and given that I've used a few of them, I'm still going to recommend it as a budget option.Couple of issues: It didn't come with a UK power cable, it had a continental one instead.Now the main problem, after 8 months of fairly lightweight duties, the 12 volt line failed, giving a CPU initialisation error code on the motherboard. This is quite a modest build, a Ryzen 1700 alongside an RX 590, a few fans, and 2x16GB of DDR4. The maximum power draw at the wall is about 350 watts, well within the 12v rail's 450w rating.So I don't know why it died, maybe I'm unlucky, or maybe I just got what I paid for.On the plus side, the PSU was well equipped - plenty of SATA, dual PCIe headers and even a floppy connector for the sound card I used. Fan was nice and quiet.I'm going to call it and say, it's a good budget option, don't be too surprised it if dies after a year or so, but I doubt they all go this way.

Lo puse en un sistema con un intel 4670K y un par de discos duros que tengo montado como servidor. Sin GPU. Para la poca potencia que necesito va bien, tiene certificado de eficiencia (aunque sé que realmente no significa mucho) y la marca es buena, así que por lo menos sé que no va a explotar por las buenas.

Ho acquistato questo alimentatore per ridare nuova vita a un vecchio computer che, nonostante i suoi anni, ha ancora molto da dare. J'ai acheté ce PSU pour remplacer un PSU 300W d'un ancien PC suite a une maj du GPU. Ce PSU 450W dégage une bonne qualité de fabrication. Il est complet du point de vue connectique, silencieux et peut délivrer 37A max sur 12V. L'installation s'est passé sans encombre. Bien sur, c'est trop tôt pour parler de fiabilité. En tout cas, je recommande. Merci aussi a Amazon pour la livraison irréprochable.
