Should this ship cold or do I refrigerate once I get it?

Best I remember, it only has to be refrigerated after opening. It's delicious on toast.

Is this fluffy, or is it goopy? One reviewer said that the jar came with too much liquid.

There may be some liquid in the jar - you just need to mix it up with a knife or spoon before using - delicious on warm scones!
